Cameron and Susan catered my wedding this past October and I have to say that it was hands down the best experience working with them- I am so glad that I went with cheesecake versus a traditional wedding cake! They made the entire process so exciting and seamless! I really wanted a lemon cheesecake with a raspberry drizzle and even though they don't traditionally do that, they figured it out and made the raspberry drizzle just for us. We were able to pick out 5 different types and did a cheesecake bar which was fabulous. I had guests reaching out to me the days after our wedding asking where the cheesecakes were from! I also want to mention that their pricing was totally affordable. After dishing out tons of money for everything wedding related, it was so nice to get a breather and not spend $1,000+ on a wedding cake.

I’m not sure if the owners are aware, but the vegan cheesecake recipes really need some refinement. As someone who has been vegan for ten years, chef, and has eaten several premiere vegan deserts I can confidently say something is off with the texture and taste. I expected better, especially knowing one of the co-owners is vegan.
