I went through the drive thru at this arbys and the lady taking orders (didnt catch her name) but she had reddish brown hair with freckles and glasses she was decently tall had the WORST attitude I ordered a meal with a shake, she said the shake machine was down which was fine I said that didnt want a drink then and with a disgusting tone said “then its not a meal pick a drink you want you need to just pick one” I then went in to speak to a manager and she came around the corner yelling and cussing at me the tall slim man named alan then spoke to me with a very calm and respectful voice and apologized I do believe that Alan deserves a raise for putting up with this mess how he did but that disrespectful lady needs fired. Customer service is NOT her fortay I strongly do not advise going to this arbys if she is there....
Read moreWe ordered our food. After waiting for 25 minutes we asked about our food. Someone had cleared it without serving. This was honestly not that big of a deal in my eyes everyone makes mistakes. Then gave us an incorrect sandwich, we asked for the correct sandwich and got the wrong sandwich again. After that we finally got the right sandwich. At this point I'm peeved but nowhere is perfect.
The breaking point for me was after my meal I got up to use the restroom to do my business. After 5 minutes someone on the staff came to the bathroom and threatened to call the police. "You're not gonna be in my bathroom all night. You've got 10 minutes and I'm calling the police." I don't know what in the world was going on there but I don't think I'll be returning to this...
Read moreI stopped in for lunch today, but unfortunately had a very poor experience. Upon entering, I witnessed what appeared to be a heated verbal altercation between the shift manager and another female employee. The exchange was loud, disruptive, and unprofessional—occurring in clear view and earshot of customers. During this incident, no staff members came to the counter to take orders or assist patrons. The atmosphere was not only disorganized but deeply toxic.
From a customer service standpoint, this was unacceptable. If ownership or corporate management is unaware of the current working conditions at this location, they need to step in immediately before more loyal customers are driven away.
