Blonde guy at Chick Fil A in the drive thru at about 1:00 on 4/9 was incredibly rude. Asked "Where are you going?" when I pulled forward and then told me "Yeah, next time stop at the mobile cash." in an 'over it' tone. I don't even know what that is. I've never experienced anything like that in a Chick Fil A line. No thank you, no my pleasure, not even a how are you. Every other employee I talked to this afternoon was so nice, and they always are at this location so I was pretty caught off guard by that. Read moreStood at the counter for over 10 minutes before the "shift lead" even asked if I needed something, as she and the cashier helped person after person in line who had come after me. I was waiting for an order that had been placed 25 minutes prior and she seemed to see no problem that I had been waiting right in front of her for so long completely neglected. For being known for customer service, this should have been a huge problem for chick-fil-a but she didnt even offer an apology for the wait let alone going ungreeted. They knew I was there but simply chose to disregard me. Horrible service...

There was only one person behind the counter, and they didnt seem to be making anything you would consider progress. Then, 4 more people joined the behind-the-counter crew in attempts to help only to just stare at us.
