I don't know the best way to say it but the store itself though is majorly in need of a new layout of sorts. So I use a rollator walker and a had a friend in a power wheelchair when we stopped in yesterday, 8/25/2025. We were able to enter the store and turn to the right by the first shelving. Then turning to the left to go past the wall with Xbox games. This first turn we had some trouble with a shelf in the corner. Then upon going past the side wall of games we then were going to turn left by the clearance rack and continue to the other side of the store. We had to completely do a U-turn to go back down and over. We would have went straight instead of turning around but there was an empty table with 6 chairs blocking the aisle. The aisle between the two racks had too little of room with too much hanging stuff we weren't sure if we would hit. So then making it to the other side we found a few games we wanted to purchase. I got the attention of the employee and he was very nice about getting the games and getting us checked out. Then it came time to leave and we again had to make another U-turn to go back the way we came. So that being said upon entering the store we could go directly left or directly right. We could make it to the end walls and then turn and go up. So imagine a very wide u shape. The racks in the middle were inaccessible and the table in the back blocked what could have been a decent walkway we could used.
Accessibility I'd give 1★, employee service I'd say a 4★ but knock down to 3★ since we had to find a way to get to him to say we needed help. Was helpful and pleasant afterwards though. So overall...

I was a little nervous because I had not had good experiences asking for technical information from a certain big box store nearby the mall. I was pleasantly surprised when the young man, his name was Eddie, was open to questions. Not only that, he was incredibly helpful and friendly. He took time to talk to me and helped me to make a choice. I actually left without buying anything and then returned mostly because of the great attitude this young man had. Read moreHad an awkward experience today. It was pretty busy in the store so it wasn’t an issue that we hadn’t been greeted. I knew exactly what I was there for. While standing in line I observe the female associate dart her eyes at me. I chalked it up to me being crazy. Once my Husband and I got to the counter her whole demeanor changed. She seemed annoyed.. she didn’t say a word. She just went to retrieve the game. I’ve worked in customer service and it was always so natural to greet anyone who I made eye contact with.
