We arrived on a Tuesday night after my son’s baseball game at about 8:00pm. I had my family of 4 and my parents with. There was 3 people at the counter. Three more walked in behind us. Before we could order one employee ( maybe the supervisor) said very loudly “I thought we locked the door?” Well, the sign on the door said that the store was open until 10:00PM and there was nothing to say that the dining room closed at any certain time. So, I ask why would the door be locked? There was also at least 5 employees working at the time.
When we ordered we tried to use a gift card but the person working the counter couldn’t get it to work. When they asked for help the loud lady was not willing to help. Not the employees fault in my opinion, they could have been new. I’m more annoyed that they asked for help and received no help from who I believe to be the supervisor.
After we ordered more people were showing up outside and a customer was letting them in. Again, the loud lady said “I thought the door was locked?” Then she yelled at my dad for letting people in when they had locked the door. Keep in mind, he was at the counter ordering, not letting people in. He then told the loud lady “it wasn’t me”, then she yelled again and he responded again with “it wasn’t me”.
I’m not complaining about the employees. They appeared to be trying to help the customers. The loud lady who could have been the supervisor was the one who was acting very unprofessional. And if the dining room closed earlier than the drive through, well, that should be made clear on the outside of the building. All this time, many more people arrived and walked away without placing an order because the door was locked. Doesn’t seem like a good business plan if you’re trying to sell a product...
Read moreIf i could give this location zero stars i would, we just moved to the area and our first visit to this location left a bad taste, rude person in the drive thru would not let me finish my order and kept interrupting me, was told to pull to the window to place my order, get the sundaes and the strawberry one was a mess and the 2 blizzards we ordered had ice cream dripping all over the place! The kids were loud and screaming in the background while people are trying to order,I went again this evening and when I got to the window I was handed the ice cream cone, I’m in a cast on my right hand and was alone in the vehicle, the ice cream cone broke and I asked for a bowl or cup to put it in and during all this the rude girl was trying to hand me more items clearly seeing I only have one hand to grab things with, when I stated the obvious she slammed the drive thru window and didn’t even offer a drink carrier or anything when I said thank you she closed the window and walked away. I don’t think I will ever go back to this location again. Rude staff and just over all not impressed with the quality of service or food. Worst place ever doesn’t even deserve a single star
PSA Been here 3 times since august 1,2023 and the treatment and quality of service is the same as well as the quality of the food. I am giving this one more try if I get the same service I have previously I will definitely not be going back til someone grows some balls and puts these children in their place and hold...
