Absolutely horrible experience at this Domino’s location. I placed an order for pizza and it was a complete disaster. The order was wrong, the pizza was cold, undercooked, and still doughy in the middle—completely inedible.
When I brought the issue to the staff’s attention, I was met with nothing but rudeness and immaturity. The in-store crew was very young, extremely unprofessional, and clearly had no training in customer service. Instead of listening or offering help, they acted like I was a bother.
Speaking with the manager only made things worse. They refused to take responsibility and literally rolled their eyes at me while I calmly explained the problem. That kind of behavior is unacceptable from anyone—especially someone in a leadership position.
I’ve lived on the south side of Bloomington for over 30 years. I grew up here and remember when this store was first put in. It has never been this bad. The quality of service and food has completely gone downhill.
It’s clear the franchise owner doesn’t care about the business, the customers, or how their employees represent the Domino’s brand. If this is the standard now, it reflects terribly on the company.

I have been a big fan of this place for a long time, they are usually so helpful and good at their jobs. This evening, I placed a mobile order and while the receipt was correct, one of the pizzas and one of the cheese bread was incorrect. When a friend called them to check in on this, they offered us a $10 discount next time we ordered. While this is great, it was way less than the value of what was incorrect. I called back to check in on this myself, I calmly explained the situation and asked if there was anything else they could do, the gentleman on the phone said “well next time you call, let us know the third thing we messed up” and then hung up. While I understand mistakes happen, nobody was mad at these hard workers, I do not appreciate the tone or words that worker shared with me. Now I’m left with food that I did not order, I’ve lost money, and I’ve been treated unkindly.
