(Updated review below) The good thing about it is I feel like the games are relatively cheap, I feel like you get a good bang for your buck in comparison to Dave and busters unfortunately when we went, most of the actual games were out of service. Everyone knows most claw machines are rigged but the big Taj Mahal one is one of the most egregious ones I’ve ever seen, to the tune of the claw opening after retracting back up to the top so it will drop the prize. Hoping to give it a few weeks so they can maybe iron out more issues, but still disappointed that it seems the arcade part was rushed before opening
Came back on a Sunday to try out skating and taste their food Skating was fun, only $10 per person for an all day pass is a pretty great deal Didn’t have such a great time with the food though unfortunately. we ordered pretty standard items, a burger and tenders with fries. The burger was delicious, nice and juicy, cooked perfectly. But the tenders and fries were pretty bad, both were pretty obviously not cooked to order. They both looked amazing but the chicken was room temp and rubbery, the fries were extremely dry and soggy. I could be wrong but it would seem fried food is cooked in big batches and whatever isn’t served is left until the next time someone orders said item, which is highly unfortunate because of how good it did look. Thankfully we were able to have them remake our sides, they came out great the second time around it’s just a shame we had to complain in the first place to get edible food.
This place is obviously going through growing pains at the moment, they weren’t ready to open fully yet. There’s even items on the menu unavailable, our server told us they hadn’t recieved them yet. I wish they would’ve waited longer for a better overall experience. I have no doubt that in due time this will be a great family place but I don’t think it’s there yet and therefore can’t recommend it in good...
Read moreAwesome experience from beginning to end! I called opening day to make a reservation. The person who answered the call understood how to make a reservation and was knowledgeable about the details of the booking. Later in the week, I had to adjust my reservation and the staff member was friendly and able to make the change. The day of, I called to let them know that we were running late and they confirmed they would not cancel the reservation. We arrived, were checked in and escorted to the axe throwing area. The "game host" and our server were attentive and helpful. Our game kept glitching so we were moved to another lane so the glitching lane could be fixed. We had a lot of laughs and it was a great time. One suggestion - maybe have a laminated card of all the games and a brief explanation. Going through each game wastes time and in some cases it's too hard to tell what the game is from the menu. I...
Read moreHoosier Alley Entertainment Center is the perfect place for fun with family and friends! They truly have something for everyone including bowling, bumper cars, skating, axe throwing, and an awesome arcade that kept both kids and adults entertained for hours. The restaurant food was delicious, and the full bar was a great touch for the adults in our group. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is upbeat and welcoming. We had such a great time and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend for parties, family outings, or a...
