Warning long rant!!! I would give 0 stars if I could. After getting orders from everyone at home I placed a mobile order for pick up. After receiving the order I realized there is no way that is all of our order. As I'm russling bags counting tacos, my 10 month old wakes up screaming. So I quickly count and realize we were missing two items. I go back into store and wait another 5 mins at the register without anyone even acknowledging my presence, I finally clime in and say I am just missing 2 items from the order I just picked up and have a screaming baby in the car. A lady named Sarah was very helpful and quickly made the items. We leave, baby still screaming a few miles down the road I realize, I don't remember feeling a 12 pack of cinnamon bons when counting tacos, so I call to explain and go back for a 2nd time. We pick them up and start our journey home. On the ride I'm thinking I better eat my taco before they get soggy bc it's been a whole 30 mins after picking up the order before we even got the whole order. Trying to find my taco in the mix I realize that all 12 tacos in the taco box that were ordered for very picky kids at home all have lettuce on them. By then I am not making a 3rd trip to taco bell. I call back to let them know yet again there is an issue with the order. I am not rude, Im just exhausted at this point. I explained I just purchased 18.00 in tacos that will not be eaten bc they were made incorrectly. She apologized explain that they would remake my entire order bc of all the issues if I came back the next day. The only thing that was correct was a 4.00 taco pictures listed, however there wasn't much of a taco there. Update next day. I send my mother in law in to pick up. There was an employee by the name of Elkie that was just by far the worst person to be in any business involving customer service. She explained that they could not replace a 45.00 order and that whoever told me that was wrong, all while making rude comments about people trying to get free food. MIL explained that I had to visit the location 2 times and then returning home realized everything was still all kinds of wrong and half the food was wasted bc it was incorrect. During this time at least 2 other people came into store bc their orders were wrong and she proceeds to get defensive and make a scene over them wanting their correct orders. We settled with getting the taco box replaced for the kids however just the sheer unprofessional rudeness is just astonishing. How are you going to claim someone trying to get free food when they had just purchased 45.00 of taco bell. We just wanted our correct order in a timely manner that wasn't trash. Is that so much to ask for. Long story short do not go to this location, staff are not trained well, they don't know how to handle customer concerns or comflict. They don't communicate well with each other and are flat out rude. I asked for them to take my number down so their GM could contact me, I guarantee I never...
Read moreEvery time I come in to do a doordash order pickup, I just get ignored. The one time I asked if a bag was for a doordash order an employee decided to pop off an attitude. Even tried to tell me "you work for us, not the other way around." When in fact I don't, when I am working for doordash I get paid by doordash and the customer, not Taco Bell. And if I do work for Taco Bell in the case of delivering an order for doordash, to the customer, from Taco Bell then that means that Taco Bell also owes me money for each delivery I have done as well as every food delivery service driver that has done a delivery for them as well. Didn't think so, so then in that case that means that I am not working for them I am a customer in the eyes of Taco Bell. Come to think of it I don't think I have ever seen a friendly face behind the counter at Taco Bell on the southside of Bloomington. Also, not even mentioning that when I came up to the counter today and set my hand down for just a second there was a bunch of grease that smeared onto my hand. AND I didn't see anyone change gloves in-between orders. I don't know Taco Bells policies about that, but I know anywhere I worked that had anything to do with food, you were supposed to wash hands every 10 mins or less and switch gloves in between orders to avoid cross contamination/allergies. Thank God I don't ever go here...
