Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bloomington

Used to be a great store not sure if it's under new management or what. Ordered at 12:09 am didn't get the food until 2:25 am. Food left the store at 1:09 am. I told the driver 30 mins or less is your policy and it's been 2 hours and 30 mins. He then instantly tells me no that is not our policy you can call my boss right now. I then proceed to show him on the my phone the Domino's website with it clearly stated. He then tries to tell me I ordered 4 or more pizzas then I correct him and he rips the bag open almost dropped the sauces and tells me grab the sauces before they fall on the ground. I grab them and then he quickly piles the boxes in my arms so that I myself drop the sauces then he storms off swinging his pizza bag aggressively. Not the first problem I've had here now recently. Had a night manager there accuse me of lying about a $5 garlic bite. I reported him to corporate and I think that may be the cause of this incident as well because he is upset about me reporting the poor service. Ruined our whole night and dinner couldn't even order anywhere else cause everywhere was closed. This was a Monday night as well. We didn't even trust the food in fear of what someone may have done to it to get back to us for the complaint. We literally threw the food away. Would not recommend unless this driver and manager are disciplined and or fired. Absolutely ridiculous.

Website says open at 10:00 a.m. so I called put a order in around 2:00 p.m. only to be told that they're not accepting orders until 3:45. So I decided to be patient call back at 3:45 go through the process of giving all of my information clearly revealing I would like a delivery in the beginning only to be told that they are not delivering and referred me to another store location. So I wasted all that time giving my info when they told me they weren't doing deliveries and I had to do a pickup only. So I called the other location already disgruntled because I am at work and cannot leave work to get my food. Only to go through the same process of disclosing name address location ZIP code and practically my GPS coordinates only to be told that they are not doing delivery only pick up. Most of the people that order pizzas can't leave from where they're ordering which is why they order pizza. So I go through the process of wasting my work time of at least 20 minutes between two stores only for them to tell me they are not delivering when I clearly answer their question in the very beginning "is this for delivery or pickup?"

I'm already hungry so I've wasted 20 minutes of work time to be told by two different pizza places that they don't deliver. What a crock of s*. If a pizza place can't deliver when they offer delivery services that's just...

This is a comment about my experience tuesday. I was supposed to get carside delivery because it was pouring down rain and i had my daughter with me. They advertise that constantly. Well i got there and followed instructions given....sat there...waited...waited...mind you my food was done twenty minutes ago...finally i grabbed my daughter and went in. nobody greeted me. A worker was on a cell phone making pizza. I could see my $40 order sitting there. I waited some more. I tried to get the attention of one of the drivers i could see. They both ignored me. Finally i opened the entrance door again to get the bell to ding. Finally the guy hung up the phone and handed me my cold food and burnt brownies. juggled them and my daughter back to the car. Not the best experience ive had. But im hungry so im giving them another...
