Sold junk twice now with no refund. First I bought a cart that had crooked threads that wouldnt go onto a battery. It ended up in the trash with a refused refund. Last night I bought a 3 gram disposable vape with a bad coil. I called the store to ask for a refund and was denied. I asked to speak with the owner and the manager told me that they are "corporate" so there is no owner therefore there are no refunds and its actually a buisiness law that you cant refund a hemp product. Ok smokeshop boi Im not a 23 year old kid like you who doesnt know anything. You can refund, youve just been trained not to. Here I am looking like a Karen complaining, but I can tell you this. If 10 years ago I was sold 4 grams of bunk wax you better believe someone is "refunding" me. I will never be back....

Apparently buying from wild side smoke shop is a gamble. If they sell you products that are defective, they will not refund or give you in store credit. I have the product still...originally packaging and receipt from the product I purchased less than 24 hr ago. The guy I spoke to on the phone was trying to tell me they didn't even sell this product in 3grams or carry the product in store. I've attached a picture of said product he tried to tell me they don't carry. I've recommended people coming here for years but I will no longer be doing that. This is typically the shop I like in Bloomington for all of my supplies but uhhh...they're really dismissive with certain customers. I never have a problem when I come in with my boyfriend. However they only talk to him even if I'm the one buying.
