Excellent service and delicious food! The menu is diverse, not like any other menu I have seen. They have some unique items as well as a new take on some old favorites. There is something for everyone! And everything is freshly cooked to order. We tried the fusion crunchies which are colorful, crispy rings with a savory flavor. They were fun to eat as an appetizer. The Buffalo mac and cheese had just the right amount of spiciness. The chicken was cooked to perfection, tender and crunchy. The macaroni and cheese was full of cheesy goodness and baked to perfection! The house ranch complemented the dish perfectly. The open sandie is an open-faced sandwich with a chicken or fish option. I chose fish. The fish was large and cooked just right with a crunchy breading and flaky on the inside. It was on a perfectly toasted brioche bread with romaine, tomato, red onion, and pickle. They have many delicious sauces from which to choose to accompany the sandwich. It also came with seasoned fries that were crisp and delicious! The owners really care that the customer enjoys the experience and they seek ways to improve. Everything was hot and tasted great! The dining room is modern and clean. I enjoyed my experience very much and will return to try some other items!

This one is a budget-friendly HIT! 10/10 A+ This spot is a standout family-owned casual restaurant offering an Asian-inspired menu with global influences, catering to all tastes, including children. My boyfriend and I visited for a takeout order on Sunday, July 21, 2024 and spent $30 (before tax and gratuity). The online ordering platform is easy to use while offering options to customize our entrees. Our food was fresh, well-seasoned, and delicious. We enjoyed a bacon and egg hamburger and chicken tandoori. The to-go packaging was thoughtfully assembled with utensils, condiments, and a side of chips with lime wedges. If you do not like heat in your dish, the chicken tandoori is served at three levels and suits all palates. NOTE Although the tandoori chicken required a bit of time to cook (±25 minutes and definitely worth the wait), the owner personally attended to us. She provided a light appetizer and a carafe of water to make the wait pleasant. While we don't live nearby, we would eagerly return if we're in the area again. 10/10, A+.

We went here last weekend for the first time. A lot on their menu looks and shows delicious! I ended up getting the chicken rice bowl and since you get to choose the sauce out of the many they have, I got the Chipotle ranch sauce on it. They also gave me a little dipping cup of the sauce too!! The flavors are mind blowing. It goes so well together with rice, chicken, and perfectly cooked egg. The rice is cooked just right and has a nice texture to it. The chicken was juicy but also tender and the flavor of the meat itself was great! I saw a review a few months ago about someone disliking the same dish and the owner responded and let the customer know the recipe was changed. I can honestly say that everything that review said it would be in the worst ways, it was the total opposite. They took the advice and improved. You can tell that they care about what they do. Not to mention, the food is absolutely amazing. Probably because they actually care. Absolutely recommend! :)

I stopped in at Fusion Crunch after I planned to go to Under the Ground restaurant next door, but was closed. The menu was a bit overwhelming so I just asked the owner what he recommended that was vegetarian and not a sandwich. He asked whether or not I liked tofu and I said yes I like tofu. He then replied with "hash brown tostada tofu" I was thinking that sounded like a hot mess, but I was willing to let him do what he was going to do... Well it did not disappoint. The meal was wonderful! It was very flavorful with high quality ingredients and very filling. I stopped in the next week as I had to be in town again and he remembered me. He said vegetarian meal and then asked if I eat egg/dairy and asked if I liked curry. Well yes lol. His staff then conjured up a vegetable curry bowl with tofu, fried egg, and spiced rice. I will make it a point to stop by at Fusion Crunch when I'm in Bloomington it's such a great place to eat!

Wow, this was an awesome find! I was in Bloomington for business and saw this place on Google and with it being Asian/Indian fusion and 4.9 stars, I knew I had to check it out before I left. I got the Veggie Ramen bowl and the fries and I was not disappointed. The ramen had the perfect spice level (I ordered medium and it was warming me up, but not so much that it was impossible to eat — it’s always a slippery slope with spice level in Indian/Asian food!). And I have no idea what the spice combination is on the fries but they are probably the best fries I’ve ever had. The service was also great. The woman who took my order was super sweet and even checked in on the spice level. Who I presume is the owner also checked in on me (she was doing computer work at the table next to me). Overall this is a must do if you are in or around Bloomington. Such a great find!

Disappointing experience. My wife and I didn’t even finish our meals. The interior looks like a cafeteria where you'd expect to grab a tray, but instead, they provide table service. Drinks were served in small plastic cups, and food came on mismatched glassware. The dishes lacked seasoning, and my quesadillas were overly greasy. Service was inattentive. My wife had to flag down the server for a refill, and even though my drink was visibly low, they didn’t offer to top it off. Later, despite my wallet being out on the table and the server walking by multiple times, I still had to flag them down to get the check. To top it off, the receipt’s QR code was expired and linked to a free account, and the TVs displayed a message warning their subscription would expire in five days. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and poorly managed.
