Isabella's Too — Restaurant in Bloomington

Absolutely disappointed. I look forward to my lunch every day and I love the convenience of being able to have lunch right here in the building I worked, but I will never order again through Isabella's because if they close their doors and lock they have no way to be able to get food that you paid for. I work for a call center and basically was unable to get down there to get my food in time before they closed and even the security officer for the building doesn't have access to being able to help me get my food.

Isabella's, if you honestly read any of these reviews I would hope you would follow through with your professionalism and refund me my $14.something cent chicken strips wrapped in a tortilla with cheese and fries.. I honestly didn't care about the quality or the price I was paying cuz it was convenient for me but it's not convenient at all when your lunch is at 2 and that's when the establishment closes it's doors and there is no way to get me my product that I already paid for way ahead of time. You should give access to the security guards in our building, I don't see why you wouldn't be able to have someone, whose job is to physically protect the security of the building, and not give them access to part of it.

Idk I'm sad because I really liked having Isabella's as a convenient way to have lunch while in the office. I will forever continue to stay firm on my position that for what you pay and the services provided as example, you get what you pay for. Too much money, and an overwhelming amount of disappointment. Thanks Isabella's. If you don't do anything to amend this situation I will be sure to continue to never order from you again and make sure my coworkers don't either. This place was fantastic before the pandemic, but since then (and since losing the one lady holding a great experience together) - it has been pretty horrible. The food is too expensive - bare minimum quality and carelessly thrown together. The service is honestly laughable and the atmosphere is tragic and sad.

I ordered chicken wild rice soup - it was the worst version I've ever had with zero taste. When I picked up my food I asked about a drink and was pointed to a cooler and then ignored. Just terrible.
