Go get some pizza here! You won’t be disappointed!

Looking for a pizza joint today before heading on to the lakes for some ice skating and saw this place was in the perfect location. 4.9 stars, pizza in peoples pictures looks delicious, I know exactly where we’re having pizza Friday today, and may days in the future!

Stopped in at 6:30, and it was dead inside. So surprising being that it’s a Friday and it’s a high rated pizza joint. Where is everyone?? I’m not complaining because for us it meant very quick ordering and making of our fresh pizza’s!

The staff were all very friendly and the pizza was done in no time. The pizza itself was indeed delicious! We got 2, one was The Marg (margarita pizza) and one custom sausage and pepperoni. Both pizza’s were super good, super hot and fresh from the oven, crust on the bottom was perfectly crispy, no flop!! The sauce had a very good flavor. Plenty of sausage and pepperoni, and both tasted great.

We will definitely be eating here again and telling family and friends to check it out too!...

Fired Up Pizzeria shows promise but hasn’t quite reached its full potential yet. We tried a pepperoni pizza and an order of boneless hot buffalo wings. The pizza, cooked in their impressive 775-degree wood-fired oven, was decent, but it didn’t stand out in flavor or texture. Similarly, the wings were fine, though the lack of blue cheese as an option (only ranch is available) was a bit disappointing for a buffalo wing lover.

The restaurant itself is spacious and well-suited for large groups, though during our visit, only one other table was occupied, making it feel a bit empty. On the positive side, they offer two clean restrooms, a high chair for children, and convenient parking nearby, including handicap-accessible spaces.

While the food and experience weren’t particularly memorable this time, there’s enough potential here to suggest that with a few adjustments, Fired Up Pizzeria could become a solid...

Hidden Gem 💎, Fire Up pizzeria in Edina gets my 5 stars! 💯

Been twice for lunch, both times outstanding. Hand-tossed pizzas loaded with fresh ingredients, cooked fast in new wood-burning oven imported from Italy. 15” Za’ comes out crispy, not soggy like some places!

Pizza is solid! Big menu of specialty pizzas and combos and build your own options with countless toppings and sauces available.

Family-owned, new, spotless clean and fresh. The specialty oven cooks everything evenly, makes a real difference. Pizza cooks quickly.. 5-8 minutes. Also have loaded potatoes, hand-tossed cheese balls baked (not deep fried), garlic knots and many other sides.

Reasonably priced, not crazy expensive like some places these days.

Casual spot, definitely family friendly with wine/beer available.

Definitely going back- 5-Stars! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️...
