We always go to Bloomington location every time we go to Timberidge because u love their bobba. The staff there is so not friendly at all. Especially the lady. I don’t know if she hates her job, but please be nice!!! My son is just looking at her small figurine on her cash register and she said that is personal and she doesn’t want my son to touch it. If she doesn’t want that figurine to be touch she needs to put a sign “DO NOT TOUCH” my son felt so ashamed for what she did. I am a disabled veteran with a service animal who came to this business on April 27 with my certified service dog. He had his vest on, and I always carry his certification with me as well. I was denied access to this business, even though I explained it was a federal law, and this was a service dog required for a disability! This is a violation of federal law! We were met with a friendly and helpful staff upon our first visit. My eldest daughter had never had boba before, so the lovely cashier was quick to offer her a sample before we ordered. She also treated my daughter to some hello kitty stickers and was very eager to help us order. I ended up with a Thai milk tea + brown sugar original boba and a strawberry juice + strawberry popping boba bubbles.
