I went to the Outback Restaurant to treat myself. It was no treat. Although they weren't busy, my drinks were slow and the Blooming onion was greasy and cold, it arrived with my dinner. I ate in the bar, yet my waitress never came back after leaving the plates. The sirloin was cooked to medium rare which I ordered it was a Sirloin but I couldn't even cut it and because my waitress was a no show there was no chance to make anything right. When I saw people putting up chairs and still no waitress I tried to pay my bill thru the app. It DID NOT WORK EITHER. I had enough and was forced to say loudly excuse me, but I don't know where my waitress is and you're obviously closing, (@ 9:15pm on Sunday.) and I need help. Ok so they went and found the waitress. It was bad enough I was paying for food I couldn't even chew or arrived cold, but I had to ask for boxes and she just dropped them on the opposite side of the table. She then goes behind the bar to converse with her three colleagues. I interrupted again to ask for a sack & help paying my bill. My waitress hadn't a clue how to pay through the app even though it was on a posted placard on every table and booth. So another girl came, she did ask me how my food was. I told her I couldn't chew the steak and I received the wrong side, and perhaps the fryers were off because my appetizer.was cold and greasy. The bread was good but I couldn't reach it except by getting in and out of the both. I said thank you for asking, but this is no reflection one you. I really would like to have had a cup of coffee because I get sleepy easily. She brought a cup of coffee told me they were having staff meeting, but I could still use the restroom and drink my coffee. To say I was disappointed, angry, and still humgry doesn't even scratch the surface of all the unacceptable things I encountered at this Outback Steakhouse. It has been a few years since I was there, but it used to be great food and service reasonably priced. I couldn't even drink the drink I ordered, and that's saying something. I wonder what happened to Outback and if all locations have changed like this, before I even go in with no spending cap. Yes it was about 7:30 when I arrived, but they said it was fine. I wouldn't send anyone to this location. BTW, Don't download the app. It is simply a marketing decoy and you'll remove it in a day. I had hoped someone might have answered the questions I posted thru that ap but it didn't...
Read moreThe pharmacy drive through has been closed way too long. There are never enough handicapped parking spaces, so by the time I walked all the way back to the pharmacy, I was in severe pain. Then there was a line 8 deep. I waited 10 minutes, supporting myself on the endcaps. There was only one cashier at 1:30 on Friday!
And she was quite helpful the day before. (It was my second day for the same prescription.) Suddenly, she is the slowest cashier on the planet. She walked, real slow, to the back, 4 times!
I was hanging onto the counter, willing myself not to cry or pass out from the pain. Then the pharmacist is confused about why they had fixed an extra prescription. I explained that Anthem had an issue with the dosage when I tried to pick it up the day before. He called in a new script, but they had filled the one previously.
She got it, but I was frustrated because the cashier standing right there, who had read all of that to me off the computer the day before, was not saying anything.
Then the pharmacist goes to the back, walking very slowly. I was on my last gasp when I left the counter, and they were again lined up 10 deep. At that point, a second cashier opened a window, but by then it was too...
Read moreService has went down hill at this restaurant. Tonight, although we had a good pizza, we were brought cold cheese sauce to go with our barely warm breadsticks, seriously, I'm sorry it's 8pm but if you are still open, you need to serve things at the proper temperature. And this is the second time we've been there when a young man has been cleaning up. He reaches across your food, drinks, to get dirty dishes. He even picked up my husband's dirty tissue that was laying on his coat! Last time he took my glass with my straw still in it. If we are done with things, they will be sat at the edge of the table to be picked up! Someone needs to train him, obviously he has not been. We didn't get plates or silverware until repeatedly asking for them. When there is only 2 tables with customers, I think they need to do a better job, I'm sorry but I tip according to the service we receive, so it wasn't much tonight. I think you all can do better....
