Placed a mobile order last night and went through drive thru to pick it up. Once I get me drinks at first the guy says we are still waiting on your food so could you please pull around to the other side but then someone tells him the happy meal is ready so he hands me that and then has me pull forward which is fine and a few minutes later another lady brings me out the rest of my order and me and my daughter head home. Once we are home and settled and ready to eat I noticed while I did get the BBQ sauce for my nuggets I however did not get the actual nuggets. So I’m like how do we remember the sauce for it but forget the nuggets? I tried to call them several times last night to report the missing food item but of course you can’t seem to call them. Even tried to call them again today but again can not get them on the phone. Seems like McDonald’s these days just enjoy you paying for items you do not receive and do not care for the customer service side of things. Read moreI think this experience killed McDonald's for me. Growing up, it was a special treat. As a young adult, it was a dependable resource. Now I am frustrated with the lack of customer service and lack of "fast" in fast food. It is not just this McDonald's, but all my recent experiences all over. This restaurant just pushed all my buttons. First, there was no one to take my order. Then, when I decided to use their self service kiosk, it was only for "to go" orders. It was like they don't want anyone to eat in the restaurant. The man ahead of me ordered two coffees and it took nearly 5 minutes as we watched all the employees talk with each other. It took almost as long for my food after that, even though we ordered at the same time. The food is no longer worth the wait or the money. It used to be cheaper, so, when it started taking longer, it was still worth it. Now, I can get better food for roughly the same price, with better service elsewhere. I hate to leave McDonald's since it has been my go to place, but I get more frustration each time I go.

This is one of the most rudest an disrespectful locations I have ever been to. From management down to the workers everyone needs customer service training or to be fired I know it's hard to find workers but hiring just anyone is sending people's businesses down the drain,no one makes people work at the places they choose we all have a choice where we choose to work an apply ourselves. If your miserable don't take it out on customers who are paying you there hard earned money to provide a service, the world owes us nothing so treat people how you want them to treat you. If your that miserable find something else an stop stealing other people's joy. I pray for better days for every worker up there cause one day they gone disrespect the wrong person an get exactly what they are asking for this world is cruel...
