Hello, I been waiting in the Drive thru for over 15 min with a car in front of me, and 3 behind me. No one is taking orders. I said hello are you open, hello, are you there? Are you guys open? No one answers for over 15 min. The car in front of me drives to the window waits another five minutes for the Uber order, and when I drove to the window a Spanish speaking woman has the audacity to tell me she can’t take orders at the window and that I have to get back in line. There’s 5 cars behind me now, and they all were talking on the speaker and no one answer. I get it, you’re short staffed, but you could at least answer and ask us to please wait a few minutes. Not have as wait in the drive thru with no one answering, and then you have a very rude lady hating her job because she’s busy. Her attitude was not professional, very rude, and from her attitude she doesn’t care about losing customers or simply, answering, “ hello, can you please give me a couple of minutes”. All you have to do is answer when we are in the drive thru. Not asking for anything impossible. She said call the store in the morning to complain and I said, give me the manager’s name and store number and I will and she gave me this receipt. 2 cars behind me cursed her out, and left. Read more3 stars heres WHY- $1.00 large sweet tea...cant really mess that up...or can they?? 1 star quality for price..its $1. 1 star for under 10 mins in drive thru at lunch (again, I ordered a drink only) but could've taken much linger had the guy in front of me not pulled forward to place his order. 1 star for the straw and a full cup of ice in my cup. Heres the problem(s) When I cant communicate with the person taking my order..because they don't speak English. Its tough on both people, the employee & customer. But I do expect the person to have basic English skills. I was patient and understanding, where as the guy in front of me wasn't. I could hear his frustration as he repeated his order 3 times before giving up and just pulling forward to the window. I felt bad for the girl at the drive thru...its gotta be so difficult not to speak english very well and I understood the guys frustration too...so Im holding the management responsible for this. Hire employees that can speak fluent English and McDonald's should PAY for ELS lessons for their employees. It would be a win-win...
Read moreI seldom give a one star review due to poor service alone, but I cannot bring myself to give a higher rating. As a preface, I would like to state that this review is specifically directed to the night shift.
As a third shift employee I only find myself ordering from this establishment around the hours of 3am and 5am, at which I'm frequently met with poor food quality and an absence of service. The fries have the consistency of a deck of trading cards and the chicken would likely gain a wealth of mold if not for the preservatives.
With that said, I wouldn't be writing this review at all if not for the added fact that the employees frequently turn away customers with an ever increasing list of obsurd excuses. One night they'd claim that the computers are undergoing maintenance, while on another they'd insist that the keys which have access to the freezer have unexplainably gone missing. Overall I would say that I am turned away in roughly one third of my visits.
