Subway — Restaurant in Bloomington

If you want employees who actually listen to what you're telling them instead of talking amongst each other, don't go to this store. Husband went in this time, had to repeat himself 3 separate times on the type of cheese because they continued to forget. They also had his bread wrong and he didn't notice until after the meats and cheese were on due to the metal lid they have up blocking you from seeing what their doing. When I went about a month ago, I had the same issue, and so did the woman in front of me. Woman got to the end and since those 3 employees were all just talking to each other and not listening, they put the wrong sauce on and had to completely redo the sandwich. Then on mine I had to remind them to put on bacon 3 times before they did it because again, they weren't paying attention to me, the were talking to each other. I would NEVER recommend ordering from this place, employees are disgustingly rude and careless to their customers. I waited 3 hours for a delivery order that we ended having to go pick up anyway, and they are refusing to refund our delivery fee, and delivery tip. Even though we had to pick up ourselves. The food was cold, and the drink was warm. Still in the process of trying to get our refund because doordash says that we ordered our food through the subway app, so subway must refund the money. But subway is saying doordash should refund the money even though doordash didn’t even pick up the order.. It’s a terribly ran business, unorganized and not worth...

I'm very disappointed. I love Subway, but the last 2 experiences I've had at this location have been poor. Today when I went in, the man behind the counter showed body language that he wanted nothing to do with being there. In making my sandwich, he showed little care. He dropped a big pile of turkey on the sandwich, and when he couldn't separate the cheese, he just dropped it on the sandwich too. The amount was double what it should be. He showed no care in putting my order together and did not actually give me what I requested. The sandwich looked rushed and sloppily prepared. Next time I want Subway, it'll be from...
