Village Pantry — Local services in Bloomington

The woman manager working there is the rudest most hatefull person I have ever came across.. She is rude to somebody everytime I have been in the store and to me.. my father is 63 years old in front of me in line when she id,s him for a pack of ciggars, when he gives it to her she denied him the ciggars because she noticed his id was two days expired.. He had no idea about his id being expired. He was insulted in front of a line of people because of her actions and the way she talked to him and treated him.. every person that works were i do drive right past the station and go out of the way just to avoid this station because they have all had different expericense with her.. She is costing this place a lot of cash and we will never go...

Greg the "manager" needs to slow his roll with people. I went in and got a fountain drink with my son and went up to pay for them and he got snappy with me because my son wasn't up at the counter with me when I started to pay. We both got the xlarge drink and that's all. I mean come on it's not a law or sin to not have my son at the register when paying. As an ex-employee of this exact store I Know you don't have to be this extreme with customers. When asked who to contact over him he refused to let me know who to contact. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION AND WILL NEVER SPEND ANOTHER DIME AT YOUR TRASHY STORE! COULDNT EVEN WALK THROUGH THE ISLES BECAUSE OF THE JUNK NO ONE PUT AWAY FROM THE TRUCK ON FRIDAY!!...

I have never been so horrified at my treatment in a retail establishment in my life. I was accused of stealing someone else's gas and ordered into the store. When I took my receipt in to show her (understandably angry) she told me it was resolved and ordered me out of the store. I called from my car, asked for the manager and she hung up on me. A customer came out of the store and told me she was calling the police on me. Wow. Just wow. So, if you're falsely accused of being a thief, don't get angry or they will call the police on you. I will never spend money here again. I wish I could return the gas I just bought and get my money back. One star is one star too many, but apparently I can't give a...
