Rude, when I confronted what I assume is the “manager” about why he’s rude he said it’s because corporate in Texas will get on the phone with him for their “drive time” being too long. Wouldn’t need to deal with me “too” long if you had been pleasant at a job you applied for-to work with people-and get my order right. As I’m speaking to him the other guy behind the counter jumps in an basically raises his voice to ask me what type of cookie I want? (Since I came inside) I’m mid-sentence talking to your boss about why I came inside to NOT run up your “drive time” after just being in your drive thru. They are rude! So rude! I’ve been here plenty of times and always hold back from being confrontational because “mi gente” + just because you’re rude and hate YOUR work life don’t mean you’re gonna throw MY day off so I don’t say anything and just go about my way but everyone from the tall Latino guy (the super feminine one) to the people that worked tonight act like they’re scientists in a lab working on a deadline-it ain’t rocket science! If you get peoples orders right they move right along and then you can go right back to doing nothing! Also, why does this chilli have sooo much onion right now?! Forgot to put my condiments I had asked for in the bag, nothing was fresh. Cheese wasn’t even melted on my Jr. Bacon and I asked for the lettuce on the SIDE. DO BETTER, or just get out the business! Indeed is a free service. Use it! Otherwise be grateful for what you have and get off the high horse you’re riding in on to...
Read moreOn 06.09.16 At about 9:55 I came waltzing in 5 minutes before closing the lobby to see a pretty empty store, and a pretty tired team of employees battling it out to the end of their shift.
I ordered something pretty simple, their new Mozzarella Bacon Burger, and some spicy chicken nuggets. I wasn't expecting much to come out of this interaction to be honest. Like most people, "Hi how are you" without a single care, and then get rid of me as soon as possible.
Not this store.
There is a team member, shift leader, manager, I don't know or care but she's about the warmest person I've met in a LONG time, her name is Daisy. She took great care of me, made sure my food was fresh since I was probably going to get food that's been sitting in the heating docks, she asked me to take a bite of the food and if I didn't like it, she'd get a new one. That's awesome.
Got to talk to her a bit and she's got more hospitality than a hotel.
I don't particularly care about Wendy's at all. It's a fast food chain that I barely eat at. But if I ever need fast food, I'm coming here. Thanks for the great care Daisy, don't you lose...
Read moreI got there 10 minutes prior to closing and asked for a chocolate frosty which they said they were out of chocolate. They then ask if we want chicken nuggets and we say no how about a burger. They say they are all out of meat so we ask for some chicken nuggets. They then say they are out of chicken nuggets. We tried a joke and they got angry and asked if we were really going to order something because they were closing soon. How is it that Wendy’s runs out of chocolate, burgers, and chicken nuggets and keep in mind they offered us the nuggets before hand. I suspect the two people working the night 2/10/21 were trying to not work at all while getting paid the same. The two people should be fired for their angry tone, horrible work ethic, and lack of customer service. I am a fan of Wendy’s, but that experience...
