Blue Ash Chili — Restaurant in Blue Ash

Had a very unpleasant experience with someone on the phone. I work in Springdale and usually frequent that location with no issue whatsoever. This location though….I will never step foot in. Yes I am to blame to for this error on my part but the unwillingness to assist in anyway with something that probably happens more than they would care to admit just didn’t sit right with me. I placed an order online and the notification to use my location came up and I said yes. I work literally 5 minutes from the Springdale location so I place the order. My coworker calls me and tells me to check my receipt because our order is not there. Well yes the order went to Blue Ash. I call that location and speak with someone not willing to help at all. She basically told me she couldn’t refund my money because the food has already been made and they aren’t going to take the loss. A loss they would’ve recouped in less than 5 minutes because their food is really good. However, their unwillingness to assist leads me back to Springdale, they remade our order and didn’t charge us for it since we paid for it at blue ash they handled it with no questions asked. Absolutely DELICIOUS — a must-try spot! We stopped in this past weekend while we were in town shopping at Kenwood Mall, and it had been way too long since our last Blue Ash Chili visit. It definitely didn’t disappoint!

My girlfriend and I both went for their famous double deckers — I had the turkey, beef, and Swiss, and she got the turkey and bacon. We also split a side of fries and a four-way with onion.

The double deckers were fantastic — stacked high, super fresh, and packed with flavor. They’re a generous portion too, so come hungry (or get ready for leftovers). The meat and toppings tasted really fresh, and the sandwich overall was just a perfect combo.

As for the chili — it was delicious! It’s definitely different from Skyline or Gold Star — not as heavy on the cinnamon, which I actually really liked. I’d absolutely order it again.

Their menu is stacked with options, including an all-day breakfast, massive milkshakes, and a variety of cakes and pies for dessert. And yep — Guy Fieri made a stop here on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, so you can even try what he had if you’re feeling adventurous.

Service was great, too. Despite being busy, the staff was super friendly and the place was clean.

I had the best double beef cheeseburger I’ve had in a long time. Fresh lettuce tomato onion mayonnaise. I’ll tell you what if you brought in Frisch’s tartar sauce you’d be in heaven. it’s called the blue Ash boy their meat is superb in fact their meat and all their sandwiches is fresh cut and it’s fresh double-decker triple Decker they have really good fried fish. I’ve tried most of the menu no complaints and keep going back and the people who work there, you aren’t ignored very helpful. Very friendly places stunningly clean no I’m not an owner. It’s nice once in a while to actually be passionate about a place that’s taking care of you to this degree. also have some of the best dessert’s you’ll ever see in a restaurant. Oh did I mention their chili? Triple D showed up guy had some chili. He liked it. I would’ve taken pictures, but I ate the sandwich too fast and the french fries will add photos next time. before I forget plenty of parking handicap accessible even when they’re busy you still get in within a few minutes. My wife and I were so surprised from the first time we went in there couldn’t help but keep coming back every week tons of good choices and healthy choices. Do yourself a favor.
