Only saw this response from the business now but their response to me is completely false. The issue was never that my sandwich was made wrong. It is that their online platform Toast, does not have descriptions that say what comes on the food and I have food allergies. Also you NEVER offered to remake it. I never spoke to your manager inside the store as I only knew it was wrong when I got back to work. I called and simply asked for a refund or credit for another day and was sarcastically told I could come pick up my side of mayo( as that was missing too). Had she offered to re-make it, I never would have posted a review. I am sorry the fact that my sandwich only cost $5.00 was not important enough for you to fix it but the entire reason I took this further is because people with food allergies have to deal with this all the time- inaccurate or incomplete food descriptions. If your manager said she spoke with me in person or offered to make it right- she lied. So you double down on bad service by posting a false response. I would have thought it easier just to replace the $5.00 sandwich. Sorry I inconvenienced you.
Ordered lunch here today. Did not order my sandwich with tomato and ordered mayo on the side. I have food allergies and can't have tomato. The manager refused to credit anything other than the mayo cause she claims the online ordering menu contains a description that the sandwich has tomato.    Read moreAbsolutely DELICIOUS â a must-try spot! We stopped in this past weekend while we were in town shopping at Kenwood Mall, and it had been way too long since our last Blue Ash Chili visit. It definitely didnât disappoint!
My girlfriend and I both went for their famous double deckers â I had the turkey, beef, and Swiss, and she got the turkey and bacon. We also split a side of fries and a four-way with onion.
The double deckers were fantastic â stacked high, super fresh, and packed with flavor. Theyâre a generous portion too, so come hungry (or get ready for leftovers). The meat and toppings tasted really fresh, and the sandwich overall was just a perfect combo.
As for the chili â it was delicious! Itâs definitely different from Skyline or Gold Star â not as heavy on the cinnamon, which I actually really liked. Iâd absolutely order it again.
Their menu is stacked with options, including an all-day breakfast, massive milkshakes, and a variety of cakes and pies for dessert. And yep â Guy Fieri made a stop here on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, so you can even try what he had if youâre feeling adventurous.
Service was great, too. Despite being busy, the staff was super friendly and the place was clean.
