Visited this Currito outlet on Kenwood Road, OH, in 2022. The location has adequate seating inside as compared to outside seating. Parking is available right in front. The place was pretty much empty except for a few customers who were just picking up their orders. The restaurant looked clean. There were limited staff present, young and seemed distracted. The Associate wasn't properly paying attention while the orders were being placed, and also kept talking to his coworker. The customer service was very, very poor. The orders could be customized as per your wish and preferences. You would either select burritos or a bowl of rice with your favorite protein, say grilled chicken, Tikka or any gluten-free dish. Ordered 2 Classic bowls of white rice with grilled chicken. The portions were very small, especially with the rice, besides the protein. It didn't seem worthwhile paying $11.24 per Classic Bowl. You could buy the same food from Chipotle, which is far economical or even from Qdoba, which is even cheaper than Currito. Both places, having tried multiple times, offer even great and tastier food as well. It was a very disappointing experience at Currito and wouldn't recommend it.

The Spicy Thai Salad is light and refreshing. The salad dressing is not something I would call spicy like hot peppers. It's spicy in the way that it has ginger and garlic in it. I would even say it's sweet. I love the crunchiness of the cabbage and fried noodles. It feels like a great warm weather meal. The smoothie has a lot of seeds in it, which is good because it lets me know there's real berries in there. I also loved that they seemed to know the person in front of me and there was fun banter between the customer and employees. Everyone seemed happy to be there and there seemed to be an air of teamwork and cooperation.

Has a "light" feel to it. Not too heavy in the stomach on a warm day. Friendly staff and clean dining area. I've always gotten take out in the past and I'm going to continue to do so. No more eating in. The chips taste like warmed up cheap bagged (stale) chips for $1.99. The drink is too small for $2.49 (fork for reference in the pic). Tasty food & clean - just stay off the soda and chips.

In late December my family placed a carry out order at the Blue Ash location. I called to place the order around 9:40 PM - 20 minutes before closing. When I called to place to order I expected one of two things: 1. the restaurant would be randomly closed - i.e. lack of staffing, lack of ingredients etc. - but closed early non the less. 2. if open, a rude employee on the other end of the line - someone frustrated I dare call so close to closing. What happened when I called, was the EXACT opposite. Not only was the restaurant open, but I was greeted by one of the friendliest customer service associates I have even spoken to. The gentleman who took my call was named Sam. He was friendly, outgoing and paid attention to every detail of our order. When I arrived at the restaurant I was promptly greeted and welcomed in (even though the doors were closing in five minutes). All four associates at the restaurant were extremely friendly and engaging. There was no hustle to force me out the door. They were attentive and made sure everything was perfect with my order. To be honest this was one of the best customer service experiences I have ever received - PERIOD! The associates at the restaurant that evening were Sam, Lindsey, Jack, and John. Please give my compliments to them. I believe they deserve some special recognition and reward. They are absolutely the type of associates to...

We first found Currito during Covid, and it became a staple for grab n go in our home. Until recently, I'd only shared a wave and a thank you from the counter as I'd collect my order from the pickup area that was up front during Covid.

My wife ordered from the app yesterday, and though she selected the Blue Ash location, it defaulted to to Clifton. We didn't catch it. We live in NCH, so it's a bit of a drive in any direction. Anyway, I get to Blue Ash and the staff realized that I had an order that didn't make it to this location. Dehart read my personal frustration with the situation, and asked me what I had. He read the order, and went to making it saying that these things happen all the time. Dehart, and the other 2 (names I didn't catch) diddly make it a thing. We obviously screwed up, and they were happy to fix it... and did so without embarrassing me. That's the fastest part right ther, and the reason Blue Ash Currito has a customer in our family for life.

He read the issue... Attempted to minimize the issue... Then, tried to take blame and more than make it right. Thank you Dehart and BA Currito team, I needed a win yesterday, food was...
