This was the 2nd time I have ordered with the app at this location and both times I arrive on the later end of estimated pick up time (25min) and there are 15 people crammed in the lobby and I'm told 10-15more minutes. App says it's ready 45min later and I'm told 10 more minutes. Everyone is standing around confused and frustrated. People making pizzas are not we wearing gloves and just digging into the cheese with bare hands. Gross. An HOUR after placing my order I decide to cancel it since we are now late for our evening plans and I'm told our refund will be processed a few business days later with no offer to make things right whatsoever. The manager just asked me what I wanted them to do. 😂. Many pizza places are busy in the evenings I have never had to wait an hour to pickup a pizza, there is something seriously wrong with the way this place is ran. At least 6 people behind the counter just walking around and no one knows what they're doing. We will never be returning after this. After placing my order, he pushly asked me if I would like to add on cheesy breadsticks or upgrade my pizza to a large size. I tell him that I’m with a customer and I do not have time for this and I would just like my pizza. 2:30 I call and he answers and says it will be on there in 10-15 minutes…3:15pm I call so hunger about my pizza. The Indian lady tells me I need to call back and press five. I do so in the American gentleman tells me I need to call back and press one. I am blowing a gasket at this point… The American man explained to me that my order was never placed. So the mail, Indian, who took my order decided not to place it because his ego was hurt that I had to hurry up and go at work…. Read moreHad this delivered and regret it. Missing pepper and garlic sauce for my pizza, and the corners of my cinnamon pull aparts was scorched. Called the store and the girl I spoke with was very defensive and claimed it wasn’t burnt… didn’t even ask for my name until mid way the conversation to pull up my order info, and offered a refund only when I volunteered to bring back the cinnamon bites the next day. Decided to keep them and declined the partial refund, and I never got an apology for the missing sauce and pepper. Marco’s Pizza definitely has them beat when it comes to customer service and their pizzas always tastes freshly made.
