Green Farm Juicery - Blue Ash — Restaurant in Blue Ash

This is the very first time I’ve ever been into this store. I love smoothies and juices and was excited to try this place.

Two employees we’re busy making smoothies and when I tried asking a question, they told me they’d “help me in a few minutes”. I told them no worries; I didn’t mind waiting. There was only one other customer in the store besides myself.

A few seconds later, more people came in and one of the two employees greeted them by their first names and with 100% friendliness. The customers placed orders and had their smoothies made while I stood there like I was invisible.

I continued to stand at the counter to try and purchase a juice. I had to wait for other people to check out - even though I was there before all of them.

It was very weird and although the bottled juice tasted great I did not feel welcome as a new customer or treated like they were interested in my business.

This place is overpriced and the women who runs it was mean. I went in there and asked for no banana in my bowl and I substituted a topping. I paid and was waiting for my bowl. The lady comes out and starts scolding the teenage worker and says she didn’t charge me right into front of everyone there. Asks me if I am ready to pay and I said I already did and she said “ no you didn’t she didn’t charge you the right amount”. Excellent staff including the owner, this team works hard to ensure customers feel welcome and a positive and memorable experience each time they stop by the shop. The team is knowledgeable and helpful around the menu and able to answer questions and guide visitors. The menu itself offers a variety of drinks, snacks and meals. With many different dietary needs like dairy free, gluten free, and vegan. Some items are staples and others are seasonal or...
