Casey's — Restaurant in Blue Springs

Latest fiasco: Today, 6:45am and still not open. Person inside counting cigarettes instead of opening. At least 20 cars have pulled up, waited and then left while waiting for them to open. This place is a joke. Update: Now this location is just a sh!tshow of apathy. Cups always out of stock. Never any breakfast items available during a standard breakfast rush, unless it's a lone dried out piece of breakfast pizza. The staff that cared have moved to other stores. Employees arguing and cussing.... I'm surprised they even go outside to smoke anymore. The store inside is cleaner than in recent past, but that's probably because the parking lot is always empty now and no one comes in to dirty it.

This location has really gone downhill with the new manager. Jeff and the part-time elderly lady, in the kitchen, are the only bright spots now. I used to be a daily customer, but now I rarely stop by. The store feels...

I love the convenience of a gas station/store/breakfast/lunch or dinner, cold or hot food close to home or work. I stopped frequenting this store several months back but, I noticed the new signage and everything looked so much cleaner so I stopped back in. I am so glad I did. I was greeted by a new face I hadn't seen before and it was like a whole new place! This gentleman was friendly, very energetic, kind to his co workers and genuinely seemed to love his job. His name is Randy and he is the reason I am back as a loyal customer and so happy to have my store back. Every time I come in, he's just as enthusiastic as the first time I was greeted by him. Great choice for management Casey's thank you. Oh and one more thing..the food has gotten amazing and his suggestive sale on the mac n cheese has become my kids favorite!...

It's hard to rate this store anymore. The people working the counter are always very friendly and, when the food/drinks are available, they're good. For the last few months, they are constantly out of everything, and the store is always a mess.

This isnt just because of a rush either. No iced coffee cups at all, all cappuccine machines say our of order and the coffee cream machine is always empty. Head to the cooler to grab a coffee and they are never stocked either. Move to the donuts. There's never any paper sheets to get your donuts/cookies out, and good luck finding a napkin. Unfortunately, it's like this every day now. I love coming here because the people are so nice and it's convenient, so I keep going, hoping it's going to get better, but it doesn't. Guess we have to start driving to QT for drinks...
