Ordered in the app, missing onion rings, burger made wrong. It took 12 minutes to fix while the rest of the food melted and and got cold. Then it was still wrong, burger was completely plain. And worker tried to convince me that he was right, we were already very late and didn’t have time to explain or have them refix it yet again. The worker followed me to my car insisting he was right. By then, cold fries, melted blizzard. When I reviewed my order later in the app, I discovered they had made the wrong type of double burger- probably the one he was insisting I ordered. (The one I ordered had 2 types of cheese and all the veggies, we didn’t get veggies or 2 types of cheese but paid the extra $1 for it.) Disappointing. To top it off, sticker on the packaging slip/bag had a QR code to submit feedback to get a free treat but there was no survey code on the packing slip, the emailed receipt, or in my mobile app so I was unable to leave them...
Read moreThere have been probably about 10 to 15x over the last year that I’ve gone here to grab something for my wife and I. The usual is that they are out of chocolate ice cream. That doesn’t even surprise me anymore. Tonight, they couldn’t make 2 of the blizzards that were on their largest picture on the menu, but then they were also out of chocolate sauce AND marsh mallows, so they couldn’t make a third either. This place has gone WAY down hill since my wife and I met here 8 years ago. If you REALLY want to go there, I’d probably just start your order by asking what they actually DO have, and somehow creating your meal from whatever leftovers they list.
Sadly, my advice is to stay away until you see a huge sign saying “new owners”. Culver’s is right up the street and is good. McDonalds is the opposite direction, but as we all know: their ice cream machine is, somehow, still broken…after all...

Horrible place. Liars and cheats! I went there; I told the guy about five times that I didn't want a meal, and that I wanted a free water. He asked what side I wanted. I'd told him I didn't want anything with an extra charge very clearly and probably repeatedly. He asked what side I wanted, not if I wanted a side, he most definitely did not say that there was an extra charge, after I made it very clear that I didn't want anything that U would be charged extra for. So I got charged for the side which was clear and obvious theft. The manager understood what happened and in light of this still refused to give me my money back for the misrepresented item. No wonder the guy but taking my order is being so smarmy--I hadn't been able to figure it...
