Super nice staff who do their best to keep service area stocked and clean at all times which I very much appreciate. One price, $15.99 buys you as much of everything you want, per person. No take away. Their hibachi grill is MPO, delicious! The fresh shrimp was yummy. There are separate food category bars to get whatever your taste buds desire. CHINESE, COUNTRY, BURGERS, FRIED CHICKEN, FISH, BBQ... you name it! Also drinks and dessert are INCLUDED. Gratitude is appreciated but not expected. There's ample room to handle large crowds and the seats, tables, and booths are comfy and clean. They've been in business 30 years according to their gracious abd friendly owner and I both know why: Their presentation standards are high and their food is tasty.
They have no fancy menus; not even one. I asked. And no printed to-go Cola cups or printed napkins either. But don't let that sway you.Super nice staff who do their best to keep service area stocked and clean at all times which I very much appreciate. Read moreI wish I could give 0 stars. First I am allergic to pork so I try to avoid buffets bc I have a thing about not dieing but I was with others and I didn't want to be difficult since they wanted to go there (had heard wonderful things about the restaurant) and they had a hibachi grill so I felt like I would have a little bit of control. I told the guy working the grill about my allergies and he said the grill was just cleaned (probably a lie) the customer behind me loaded his plate with pork and the griller put his food almost on top of mine I told the griller that was not going to work for me because of cross contamination. I was ignored. I went to the management thinking it was a communication issue. Management said I'd be fine. I tried to explain to no avail. I tried to just have some rice and egg drop soup. My boyfriend ate my hibachi and the guy ruined it prior to the cross contamination issue I'd asked for teriyaki sauce. I don't know what was put on the food but it was absolutely not teriyaki. Nothing on the buffet had flavor. Left there and went to McDonald's. Wasted $25 for 2 people to have lunch and the manager was so rude to me. Why would you come to a buffet with a food allergy. Did not offer any kind of refund for the rudeness of the entire staff but since the manager was the biggest problem I am not surprised. Since then I have talked to a few other people since this experience and I guess with carryout orders they are notorious for "forgetting" to include the entire order. They seem to be a bunch of crooks and it would be better if everyone boycotted this establishment and they closed they don't care about their customers they are rude and as someone who has 20+ years in the food service industry it is not clean....
Read moreLet me start by saying I’m not someone who typically leaves reviews — good or bad. But our experience here made me feel obligated to share.
To give some context, my husband and I had been fasting for two days. We were absolutely starving and ready to eat — so for us to walk away from food says a lot.
From the start, there were several red flags we wish we hadn’t ignored. The parking lot was nearly empty with just one car, and we weren’t even sure the place was open. Once inside, we noticed a sign at the register stating “No Refunds.” That alone raised some concerns. It made us wonder if the restaurant has had ongoing issues with customer satisfaction — and if so, why they haven't done anything to fix them.
There was only one other family dining inside, and honestly, it seemed like they might have worked there. Had a refund been an option, my family definitely would have left and gone somewhere else.
Now for the positives: the staff was pleasant, and the restaurant itself was very clean — both of which we appreciated.
Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The food was absolutely terrible. Nearly every dish on the buffet showed signs that it had been sitting out for a long time — we’re talking dried-out, cracked layers, a film over sauces, shriveled and hard textures, or the opposite: complete mush. Some items had such a strange and unpleasant taste that we couldn’t stomach them. My husband even spit out his first bite of the noodles.
We tried to give the place a fair shot, but after a few bites, we pushed our plates away. It was one of the most disappointing dining experiences we've ever had — and that’s with a two-day fast and...
