This is the worst Taco Bell in Blue Springs for service & doesn't make any difference if you walk-in or drive thru. If it wasn't the closest to our house I would never go to again. They can never get an order right & every time we get home there are items missing. However, they don't have any problems of always charging you for everything you order. When you try to call about a messed up order, the phone is always a busy signal. If you do manage to talk with someone they want to argue or make excuses. Several times I have been told they would write my name down & on next visit tell them and they will replace the order at no charge. When I have attempted to do this, they refuse to do anything at all. No food unless I want to pay for the order again, even though I have the receipt and name of person I spoke to on the phone. One occasion, I called told them of the mistake, they said come back up & we will replace the missing items. I sent my son-in-law & they refused to give him the food. They are slower than ever & even if you are only car in drive through plan on it taking at least 20 or more minutes, even if only ordering 2-3 items. Also you really don't get what you are paying for after the long waits. Tacos are only half full and if you are lucky there may be 6 shreds of cheese on top. Burritos must be a diet food because they are usually a little over an inch around. Don't waste your money on asking for extra anything because you will never find it, even though you are charged for extra. I and other family members actually try to avoid this location on South 7 Highway as much as possible and use the BEST Taco Bell in Blue Springs on Coronado Drive across...

Hello, I placed my online order at 7:39 PM for pickup. I waited for over 30 minutes, because they were obviously short staffed. However, I watched one employee stand in the corner on his phone, one mop, and one stand at the counter not actually doing anything. They had actually sent someone to lock the doors at about 7:45 PM because they didn't want anymore orders. By the time my friend went to check on his food, and mentioned my name, they stated that they didn't even know I was there yet, although I had pushed the order through on the app, and told the employee at the front that I was Dave, had an online order, and at least wanted my drink about 20 minutes after I got there. I was refunded my food cost, but they actually charged me for my drink. I left at 8:18 PM. I love Taco Bell, but I honestly don't expect a whole lot besides relatively quick service. This actually sunk way, way below expectations.
Actually, I just moved to this city too. It was my second time at this location. I won't be...
Read moreI would give zero stars if I could. I go there on my lunch break (in a hurry) to pull up to the drive thru, place the order to one girl, then apparently another girl (the asst manager) takes over for some reason as I hear another girl in the background screaming that someone just violated their restraining order as I have to repeat my order again because the asst manager is more interested in her drama story than the customer that paying their salary. So I say I don't need to hear about whomever restraining order and the asst manager says "excuse me what did you say" so I repeat myself and she then says "that's not my business nor hers" well you made it mine when you screamed it for me to hear while I'm in a hurry trying to get lunch and yall are playing around. I'll take my business elsewhere as the asst manager is telling me they are doing the best they can....really because I was taught you leave your personal business at home when you're on the clock getting paid the customer in front of you comes first. Not to mention the customers always right especially when you're talking about nothing that has to do...
