Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Blue Springs

Last time I am ordering thru the app from here this is second time I have gotten off work 2 grab something to eat i prepaid. The app says its ready and its not. twice now they hit inside my order is ready and its not. i get to drive thru 2 other cars in front of me so back up go inside. I see people talking hanging out few cleaning up and a manager filling orders. she ask me how can i help. i say place an oder thru the app. she ask me the name on my order told her at 10pm it cost me $22.00. It was 1030 my order was supposed to be ready at she tells one of the worker walking around aimlessly not doing anything could he check. He goes over (while 1 truck is still at the window) there where order is kept says its not there walks aimlessly around. so then a young lady goes check and said is this it. i said yes it. the manager says she will can refund my chips and queso $8.00 or give me something else. There was another worker having to make me watermelon limeade as i waited. I told just give me my 8.00 dollars back. i looked over at the teenage worker who just standing around he had a smirk on his face goes and whispers to the guy making watermelon limeade as he just walking around aimlessly not doing nothing i ask him what is his problem. you walked right over there said my food wasnt there and ima report this corporate twice now. I have had issues with the place. The watermelon limeade is it supposed to have sugar it had none?was my first time. this location has a few bad apples on the night shift. because i came thru before and i swear this same bad attitude was there always out of chips at night. there manager even looked annoyed at him cause he was doing nothing ur hours u close is 11 pm. This place is grotesque! I have really tried giving this particular establishment a second chance. My husband and i went in at approximately 7:25pm, for dinner about 5 customers including my husband and myself. We get to the front foor and its mobbed up horribly like it hasnt been wiped down in days. Their was literally trash on EVERY SINGLE TABLES and all over the floor. The prep table where our food is assembled was disqusting all the way from the tortilla press to the cash register . It was food everywhere, even on the glass ceiling over the food that separated the customer from the server. I wasnt aware that when employees wipe down the serving counter that they put the remnants back into the container. Thats cross contamination. I know in the process of preparing food it can be messy and thrown around but this was ridiculous. Every item on the steam table and cold table was heavily cross contaminated with other food. The pinto beans were so dry looking that they looked like bean mash potatoes. No juice in them whatsoever, themeats except for barbacoa were extremely low till the server was scrapping the bottom of the pan. The lobby was nasty and i mean nasty! food on every empty table inside. The indoor trashcan had food all on the outside of it as well. The drink machine was filthy it look like it hadnt been wiped down and sanitize all day. Straw paper, forks and spilled drink which had dried on and around the counter. I do not understsnd because it was plenty employees in the back standing there laughing and talking. This was the second time coming here and it look like they just had a food fight. This used to be a very nice location, but it is going downhill fast. I came in last night with my wife and kids, but quickly had to leave. They had rap music blaring so loud it was like a club. It was very offensive rap music about selling drugs and shooting people. The people in front of us were literally yelling over the music trying to order as they kept repeating themselves because the employee could not hear them. The music was so unappropriate on top of how loud it was we had to leave and get our children out of there. this location’s lack of management is absolutely unacceptable and we won’t be back until we know management has things under control again. This is absolutely unacceptable. Seems to be upper management does not know what lower level management is neglecting. Hopefully, we can see new management and a good.
