If you’re thinking of starting a policy with this office, just call already. I was with GEICO for over 4 years. Great driving record, no tickets, and the only claim I made was when a uninsured driver failed to stop at a stop sign, T-Boned me, and totaled my car that still had dealer tags. Our premium increased every 6 months and they had no answer to why. Just that things are more expensive, so we, with perfect driving records, we paying for other drivers issues. Chelsie and Clint are the dream team. Chelsie is absolutely wonderful to work with. She’s is very thorough, extremely accommodating, and is an excellent communicator. She made switching insurance ridiculously easy for my family. Based off mine and my husbands driving record, she was able to secure better coverage AND lower our premiums. When I went to sign the paperwork and pick up our temporary cards, the entire staff was very welcoming and friendly, it was like I had run into old friends again. We looked at insurance with her about a year to year and a half ago, and at the time they were a little higher than what we were paying at the time. Not their fault by any means, that’s just what the market looked like at that time. Chelsie followed up with me every 6 months or so to see if she could save us money and keep our coverage the same. I took a chance and went online and posted my information not expecting to find an insurance company that I wanted to switch to I just was putting it out there because I was so just hearted with my previous agency And about the third call. This young lady's voice comes over the line. She explains everything to me. Her name is Kathleen. She works in Clint Osborne's office in Blue Springs so she's actually in the Kansas City area not in another state. As a broker, I couldn't be happier for switching. She stayed with me.She worked through all my situations and I have a lot of situations with the insurance.She's taking care of everything.I'm gonna move everything.I have to 1 insurance agency Which is going to help me immensely. She walked through the payment plans. She did everything and she probably worked on it after she got home because she was going to deal with the mortgage company for me. I've used Clint and state farm for many years now. Always had a good experience. I have 5 policies with them on various things. I've had to make a claim on primary and rental homes as well as a travel trailer. Never had any issue with payment with corporate and Clint's office helped all along. I also had a unique experience where a maintenance worker ran into my truck at a job site and the plant was dragging their feet to pay out. I called Clint and asked for advice and he said to just file a claim with State Farm and they would go after the company to get payment. I didn't have to go through with that as the company paid out the next day after I told them I was going to do that. State Farm I'm sure isn't the cheapest but I can't imagine...
