Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Blue Springs

If it was possible to give 1 star I would! This place is a joke. I ordered a pizza they call me and tell me they don't have the crust I ordered ok cool. Then they tell me oh we don't have delivery drivers either so door dash will delivery. I ask how much longer that will take and they say oh only 5-10 min. The whole time the guy is telling me all this he is goofing and laughing g whole on the phone with me. Ok no problem. I then get a text saying I have to have 10.59 in cash only to pay Doordash. I call them back and ask why that is, the girl on the phone speaks to her manager and says don't worry about it we never heard of that before. 1 hr goes by still no pizza. I call back and the girl tells me my order is still sitting there waiting on Doordash to pick it up. I ask what the problem is and was greeted with nothibg but rudeness. I told them to refund my money and cancel the order. The girl was extremely rude. If you don't have delivery drivers why offer delivery? If you don't have the crust why take an order for it? I woke up to a text saying my order was delivered at 2:15am but it wasnt. I better have a refund...

The delivery driver didn't even try to deliver my order. This was during the evening hours of the tiny icy fiasco independence and the surrounding area had just yesterday but the roads were fine. The manager in duty lied to my face saying she went into a ditch (There weren't any ditches between the store and my house). He also said it was because independence hadn't treated their roads (yes they had) AND he also told me she didn't make it passed pink hill but pink hill is in blue springs. So when he said that I was annoyed. I ended up being refunded so I called back and placed a carry out order. Went up there with no issues after having waited an hour and a half and never even got a phone call. I called today to speak with the gm and he sounded utterly annoyed in speaking with me. I was respectful and he just asked me (So what do you want?) I could hear his huffing at the things I was telling him. So disappointed in my service from this store. Id had no issues before but this was ridiculous....

It was mine in my husband 35th anniversary I was looking forward to going out to eat I was not having a good day I was very sad we found out my husband has cancer we went by our friends house it had got late there was not a lot of choices of what we was going to end up having we chose Pizza Hut the young man and woman that was working this night could till something was wrong the two of them went above and beyond great customer service I'm so glad they were working on 6-23-21 they really made me smile very loving compassionate and caring people I could not had any better service if I was sitting in a five-star restaurant and this was carry out thanks for going above and beyond great customer service Thanks to North 7 highway Blue...
