As of right now, the only reason I am giving more than one star is because I usually can go there with no problem. Employees aren't the friendliest, but will at least make small talk.
Tried online ordering for the first time a couple days ago, as I knew I would be in a BIG hurry. I ordered 3 sandwiches, footlong, three bags of chips, and an apple sauce for my little one. I told the app to have it ready by 5:15. As was expected, I was running late, I pulled into the drive thru at 5:25, and sat waiting for several minutes. Peering through the window, I saw 1 employee working, and two standing there. Frustrated, I pull the car to the front, then have to take the time to get my 2 year old out of the car, and bring him in. Still 2 employees doing nothing. My order was not ready. I had to gather everything myself, and then had to get everything to the car. The employee crammed all 3 footlongs into a single bag, which hardly fits ONE sandwich comfortably. Because I was now extra late because I had to go into subway to make my meals, I decided to call while on the road to my next destination. I called, and asked how to get ahold of a regional supervisor. I was told they don't give his number out. I said I understood that, and needed to know how HE could get ahold of me. The girl on the phone told me again, "I just said we don't give his number out". After that went on for a minute or two, someone else got on the phone. I explained that I had just come in, had frustrations about my entire experience that I would like to discuss with Brian, the regional manager. I said I understood that he didn't want everybody having his number, and I just needed for him to call me. She said "hold on, someone just walked in". After waiting, she took down my number, and I have not heard from Brian. I get to work this morning, and have this email in my inbox. I can only imagine he pulled the email off my online order, because I didn't give it to anybody.

What baffles me is that he never called me! He had no idea why I was frustrated! I know I'm probably blowing this out of proportion, but the generic email tells me that he doesn't care, and probably won't...
Read moreOn 9/20/20 at approximate 12:40, I went to subway store #1875 to place a order through the drive-thru, as I stopped at the drive I was not greeted and nothing was said until I said "hello" then I got a answer which was I will be right with you and after 2 mins I had to say hello again and I was told I am helping customers inside with a rude tone. After waiting another 2 more mins I was stated do I need to go inside to get my order taken and once again I was told I have to help the customers inside first. I went inside and asked for my order, as my order was getting made I asked the girl making my sandwich if she was the one taking orders in the drive thru she said "yes" and I ask for her name and she told I do not need to give you my name and I am not obligated as she saw me pull out my phone and as I took her a picture since I was not getting her name, she said Melissa grab my order and threw it in the trash and walked to the back of the restaurant. I then asked the other person by the name of Sam since she did have a name tag and asked her and I not going to get my sandwich and she said no you are being rude and we can deny your service if we want, I ask her for a manager and no manager was available at the time and she stated the manager name is Michelle. I asked her if she had a phone number I could call and she stated I cannot give you that information and all staff went to the back of the restaurant. This is very unethical and these employees need to be taught the correct way to treat customers. Read moreOrdered online. One of the sandwiches was made with the wrong condiment. (Lazyness) I called to tell them and the employee seemed totally clueless about what to do. I asked if she could remake the sandwich. She said yes and hung up on me. I assume they are remaking the sandwich. I take a picture of the one that was wrong just to show them in case they thought I was lying. Drive back up there to pick up the remade sandwich, the manager is very rude and tells me that they can't make me another one unless I bring back the first one. I show her the picture of the first made sandwich with the date. Totally ignores it and repeats the same thing. I tell her you are just going to throw it away and when I called up here the girl didn't tell me to bring the mismade sandwich back after she said she would remake it. She hung up on me. The manager said the girl said I hung up on her. I wasted a trip and gas to go back there to pick up a correct sandwich.
