Burger King — Restaurant in Blytheville

I used to be an assistant manager at a Burger King. There for I might be overly critical when it comes to stopping in for a meal. I wish to give this particular Burger King the highest of praise! Bathrooms were spotless, customer service was excellent and food was great. Speedy service too! We were given a number and our order was being brought to our table before we could finish preparing our drinks. KUDOS, to management and staff for a job very well done!!! I am adding more to my review....remembering back, as soon as we walked in the door, my parents and I, while traveling, walked in to hear...welcome to Burger King! I had heard that at other types of places but never at a Burger King and while they were taking care of other customers. They were paying attention. If I recall correctly, I didn't hear a bell of any kind alarming the staff of our arrival. As we left, the staff said..."Thank you and please come again"! I hope we do get to experience that restaurant again!! ...

The meal was decent. However, their customer service was unacceptable. The whole time a crowd of employees and managers proceeded to huddle near the front counter by the drive through window (where they could be seen and heard), and proceeded to talk and horse play. The cashier and three other workers in the back were literally the only ones doing their job. The cashier had to stop taking orders to fix my boyfriend's milk shake after she told the workers standing around and doing nothing that it needed to be fixed and them not doing anything. We stopped here for a whopper waited 25 mins and the food was cold! The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional when I asked for my money back! I don’t mind waiting for food if it’s fresh but if I wait 25 mins and my food is cold I am no longer interested in the food at all! I am not sure who is running this store but they need new management!! It’s unfortunate that I will never visit this establishment again and I will make sure no one i associate with will either! Serving cold food can kill someone needs to be handle...
