My worst experience of customer service. I had walked into this AT&T store to request for an e-sim to be loaded on my dual sim unlocked iPhone . After the attendant (Rogers) was informed by his manager that he could go ahead with the transaction, he loaded the e-sim on to my profile in his system and refused to make the connection on my iPhone( possibly because I didnât buy the phone from their store) When I informed him that there was no service on my phone, he lied that it was a network delay, despite knowing that he did not complete the transaction.    Read more1st call to them I was explaining my issue to the lady and got sent to an automated service with no warning while I was still speaking. 2nd call to them the man kept saying "mm okay just one second" then after 10 minutes of that said he'd have to send me to a human customer representative. It was automated. The 3rd call to them I told a different girl that they kept sending me to an automated service without resetting my 4 digit pin first.
