Great Wall Supreme Buffet — Restaurant in Blytheville

Stayed at the hampton and decided to eat dinner here. Easy choice. We love Chinese. This was one of the worst experiences I've had both food wise and employee wise. We were told 2 and under eats free. We ate. I made my baby and I a plate to share and then an extra plate of brocolli to share. Food was kinda hard but it was late. We didnt eat alot but it was okay food. We go to leave and they charged for my baby- Who ate 1 chicken nugget and some brocolli. I figured ok its a mistake ill go fix it. The lady told me my son wasnt two. Kept looking over at him. I said I could prove it ( we had his passport) then she says oh its because you made him a plate. He can eat off your plate but not his own. You had food in front of him. We have to charge. I was like okay whatever. You want desperately to charge for this child then I just wont tip so she says "hes not two but if he was We charge two year olds" i just walked off. I didnt care to fight it anymore so if you eat here just know what to expect. 🤷‍♀️ they told us two and under were free but that is not the case and they will find any excuse they can to charge and if its in the evening time (One and only time I've visited) it will be bland, semi cold,...

Yall if I could give a 0 on this place I would. To start with if u have more than 4 people be prepared to be forced to tip even if ur splitting the bill. Second the food is horrible and very minimal amounts. Also I took myself my husband n our 2 kids and they charged us 72 dollars for the buffet. Plus the tax they didn't write out on the receipt but it was 10 percent. I wish this would let me post the picture of the recipet as well but someone with some kind of business authority in Blytheville should do something about these sorry people taking that kind of amount from people it's wrong as hell. Also we went 2 weeks ago for dinner same time and all and they still only charged us 57.00 then today it was 72.00 just absolutely not right then after complaining about the bill she gonna say if u don't pay it we call police. Best place ever. I have been eating here for almost a month now and they are so kind and so generous. The Great Wall people knows how to fix the best food ever. Especially fried catfish and shrimp fried rice. That is my favorite. Lol They always fill my to go plate packed full to the top and it is really hot and juicy. Never dry. Everything is perfect.
