I love trying new restaurants and eating out. I have been employed in customer service for nearly 10 years. I tip everywhere I decide to eat. My husband and I. Yesterday was the worst experience of my life. The General Manager used racial slurs towards me after ordering a meal that was incorrectly made and I had only one question about it. I was very respectful and polite. Only to notice she was intoxicated while working behind the bar. I am pregnant and had a taste for something specific. She said she’s to busy right now with the bar, she’s not correcting my order. It took nearly 30 minutes for her to refund my money after being walked passed over 5 times by her and her servers. She engaged with guests at the bar to tell me I’’m being extra and they made commentary to me in the situation! Double oh no. She asked another African American male if he thought the situation was funny. She laughed loud about the situation and continued to ignore me. Saying people are crazy and this is why she only deals with “her people” and she’s been in business for 6 years. Mind you I just came to support a company and tell my husband about it with them having sports available with an open bar. She proceeded to tell her employees to ignore me. She hung up on me during the phone call. I recorded her intoxicated behavior. I even called the police because her customer made threats even mentioning he works for FedEx. More intoxicated behavior. She made a mockery of me. I was on the phone with my husband the entire time who didn’t understand her demeanor. She said come back in an hour we’re busy right now. While standing in front of 2 ladies just socializing at the bar. Not busy at all. Just simply being rude as hell. I will be taking this matter further and I will never eat here again. Also I work for one of the #1 companies in the world that’s famous for customer service. This was totally unacceptable as the General Manager she says...
Read moreI recently visited Beef ‘O’ Brady’s with my family and had an experience that I hope will prompt serious reflection and training regarding food allergies. My daughter has a severe allergy to pork, and we made this clear multiple times while ordering her burger. Despite our repeated requests, the burger was served with bacon on it.
We immediately informed the server of the mistake, reiterating her allergy. Instead of properly addressing the issue, the server took the plate to the back, removed the bacon with his bare hands, leaving a visible nail imprint in the cheese, and then brought the burger back to our table. This was not only unhygienic but also completely negligent regarding food safety.
We refused the burger and asked to speak with the manager, but even she seemed to lack understanding of how severe this issue was. Cross-contamination for someone with a food allergy can lead to life-threatening consequences. This was not just a case of poor service; it demonstrated a shocking lack of awareness about the seriousness of food allergies.
For the safety of your patrons, I strongly urge Beef ‘O’ Brady’s to implement the following: Staff Training: Ensure all staff are properly trained on food allergies and the dangers of cross-contamination. Allergy Protocols: Develop and enforce a strict protocol for handling allergy-specific orders, including the use of clean utensils and gloves. Accountability: Teach your team to escalate serious issues to management immediately and take customers’ concerns seriously.
This experience was not just disappointing—it was dangerous. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call to improve your practices so that no other family has to experience what we did. If your team needs further training I’d be...
Read moreWhat a disaster. First and last visit to Beef O Brady's. To start, I ordered the Pretzels appetizer. See the picture of the baked pretzels on the menu. Then look at the plate of pretzels I got. They were deep fried and then slathered in some sort of yellow butter oil. Greasy and not what was in the picture. We ordered a light grilled chicken dinner but was delivered the full dinner. We should have gotten 1 breast not 2. Immediately told the waitress and she had to go look at a menu. Came back and said she could take away one of the sides or we would have to pay the full 11.99 for the full meal. Really? My wife said one of the breasts was a terrible cut of meat, all grissly and could not eat it. Then the waitress brought a soda refill and dropped the full contents on my lap. See pics. What a mess, I was pleasant and laughed because accidents happen and waitress was quick in trying to help me clean up. Now, note the manager never came over to say a word. Then the waitress brought the bill and said all she could do is not charge me for the soda on my lap. That was truly frustrating. Then I saw they charged me for the fried pretzels that I sent back after eating 1 of 4, so I went to the back and spoke with manager. I had to argue with her to take off the pretzels. I said look at the menu and what you served. Baked vs fried. She said they are the same. She kept saying we fry them and I said the menu shows otherwise. She finally agreed to take them off, as I stood there with soaked pants. She never said a word, never apoligized, never offered a discount other than not charging for the soda served to my lap. Other things were not right but minor. Definitely worst experience at a restaurant I've had in...
