I’ve had some mixed experiences at this location but this last one takes the cake and I will definitely not spend a dime here again! 09/29/2025 I placed my order on the restaurant app as usual and proceeded to go to the restaurant at the time it stated the food would be ready!! Once I arrived I noticed quite a bit of customers standing around looking not so happy! I went to the call in/pick up order line to let them know my name and even showed them the order on my phone!! I was told that the order was being freshly made and it would be 10 minutes!! Mind you, the order was placed at 7:55 & was said to be ready at 8:22!! I started asking a few people how long they had been waiting and I was surprised to hear that one door dash order has been there since 7:20 and it was now 8:25!! I started looking at the Monday night football game on the tv and after a while I noticed 15 mins had went by and I was still not notified that my order was ready!! As I proceeded back to the counter, I saw all of the workers on their phone, one being the manager who stood at the front of the counter, not assisting or communicating with any customers but on his phone for the next 5 minutes until I had to say “excuse me”,
Being a business owner myself, I know that you have to set a standard being one in charge and if not, the workers will not respect you!! So after I explained to him what was going on, he said “let me check on that for you “ but never came back to let me know anything!! Everyone that I asked about the order just kept saying it was being made until once guy came up and said that the chicken was thawing out because they hadn’t taken enough chicken out of the freezer!!
I continued to wait because my family was waiting on food and by the time I received my order, it was 9:25! This is completely unacceptable and this isn’t the 1st time I’ve experienced poor service and poor communication from this location but I’ve tried to be understanding because I know places are short of workers!! Thats not the case here. There were at least 7 employees in there at the time with only 2 of them actually working!!
Poor management is the downfall of many establishments and if this problem isn’t resolved soon, this location will not last with a 2.2 Google rating…mostly being due to poor...

Now if I can be honest the first time I went to this store was very different from my experience last week! The old Manager which was a guy was very horrible with customer service and the staff was not like it was from my last visit this month! I walked in to Wing-Stop with a big greeting from the staff and I was like that’s different, got my order taking by this young lady name Chyna which later finding out she is now the new GM of the store, she was very friendly, welcoming, great personality, and she made me feel great during my visit! Every 10 min she would check on me and my family to make sure we didn’t need anything or if we was ok! I never experienced that since I been coming to this store! She brought our bag to us at our table and made sure it was hot! I had to realize that the food was cook to order and chicken takes time to cook so now I understand the wait time! I have seen a lot of people saying they order from door dash And all these online delivery places, but we as the customers have to understand that it’s not the store fault all the time, I witness some door dasher people leave before picking up the order saying they would come back to pick up the order since it’s not ready yet so if your food was hot at the store and the person has to come back to get your food it’s not the store fault it’s your delivery fault! These young people was doing the best they can in a bush store and it was pack! I also heard people complaining because the staff was asking people to move out of the fire lane which why would you get upset and you are in the wrong come on people stop complaining about stuff when us as the customers are at fault. That saying the customer is always right is a bad statement and some of us customer take it out of hand and be lying I said what I said! Read moreplaced an order Friday night for family that was in town. Honey hot/hot honey was not available at the Columbia scrabble location. Cool. We ordered others. Picked up the food and did not get the 4 extra ranch that was PAID for. Also did not receive our fries. We had ordered the 50 piece meal. Called to let them know and they accused us of LYING about fries. If we wanted to lie we would have said wings or corn. I mean fries is nothing to lie about. Labrian who said she was a manager hadone of the worst attitudes and said they will run the cameras back. I told her to do so but of course that didn’t happen. AGAIN all this over fries. I asked if there was anything we could get for the inconvenience and having to drive back with family in from town. Of course her answer was no and again accused us of lying about FRIES! Go to pick up the food and she proceeds to ask my husband did his girlfriend or something just call in. Let’s just say my husband is the more timid person so he went in cause had I. Me and Labria would have been at Richland county bc of her MOUTH and lack of customer service. As black people ourselves I really hate that Rick Ross or whoever has allowed service to decline the way it has at multiple locations without any emphasis on customer service. Hints you rarely ever seeing a Wingstop with atleast 3 stars. Back to our FRIES. There were barely any in the tray knowing we had to come back and we also did not get the extra ranch of course.
