On July 29th, my husband and I went through the drive through at the Wendyâs in Boaz, AL. When we got home I discovered that the cheeseburgers were undercooked - as in pink inside. I called the next day and spoke with Beth, she was very friendly and told me that there was a new person on the grill and thanked me for letting them know because that wasnât safe and that she would take care of it. She also said that she wanted to give us four free burgers to make it right. I went in this evening (8/28) to pick up the burgers and one of the ladies told me that there was a grace period. I told her I wasnât told that there was a grace period. They called someone from the back and she told me that I needed to move out of the way, she was going to wait on the people behind me. I told her that I worked for Wendyâs before and that it didnât work like this. I asked her name and she said, âFelicia, Iâve been here 22 years, you need to move out of the way.â Amazing, considering how rude she is. I asked one of the other ladies for the corporate office phone number and Felicia said, âYou can look that up online, you need to move out of the way!â I was shocked and humiliated in front of the other customers. Iâve never been treated this way before at this or any other restaurant. Until tonight, this was our favorite Wendyâs. We both work in Rainbow City and go out of our way to eat here. I know it is hard to find employees nowadays, but you all should not tolerate employees being abusive...
   Read moreThe time is 8:16 p.m. Friday November the 19th I'm dashing I just picked up an order for RT my tip for this order was $2 and it was 7 miles away upon delivering my order I receive a phone call from the customer saying that their order was incomplete they said they were missing the 10-piece chicken nugget I told them I would gladly pause my dash meaning I cannot take any orders so that way I can drive 7 more miles back to Wendy's to get their missing chicken nuggets and then drive 7 miles back to deliver them once I arrived at Wendy's the door was locked the drive-thru line was extremely long so I pulled up to the drive-thru window and explain to the lady that I'm here to pick up the 10 piece chicken nuggets the lady was older I say four late 40s early 50s she was wearing glasses and she was in the Drive-Thru window she proceeded to be very rude to me and say well you can go through the line and wait your turn I told her ma'am I'm just trying to make this right for the customer this is y'all's mistake where then she screamed at me and told me to pull up to the window that she would be out in a moment this lady was very rude and disrespectful I'm just trying to do my job and fix a mistake that you made not me I hope your manager sees this and addresses the...

There are 6 people in my household so of course it will be a lot to order we keep it simple and it's still wrong. This time the same combo that was forgotten last week was wrong again, how hard is it to leave honey mustard off? Ordered the pub classic chicken no honey mustard with chili cheese potato , the potato had cheese and only a small light teaspoon of chili hardly any at all. After having to go back in to get the sandwich fixed everything else got cold so by time made it home the fries were not worth eating, the kids hamburger and chicken nuggets were cold. When I went inside to get the replacement I was met with hostility from the workers as if it was my fault they messed up.
