We were a party of 4 after waiting 20 minutes, a server got to our table and took our order, We had a problem with one of the wines and the manager literally said that if she doesn’t want this wine, he will use it towards a different client, Took 45 minutes for our food to get to the table I took a double cheeseburger and ask for it to be medium and I got it well done, After confronting the server and the manager, I was treated with zero empathy, Manager was completely rude and didn’t care for our satisfaction at all. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with this place and hope they will learn how to take care of their clients. DO NOT GO HERE. They force you to pay 18% gratuity. There is no mention of this forced gratuity ANYWHERE, and I was in a party of 2 so they couldn't claim I was in a big group like some places do. Then, on top of that, they charge tax ON the forced 18% gratuity and have the balls to ask you for another tip on top of that!! (i.e. the forced 18% goes to the restaurant and the voluntary tip goes to the server). The food is decent but already overpriced for the quality provided.
