Garden Butcher — Restaurant in Boca Raton

I am the owner of Posh Fitness and I wanted to share my review of Butcher's Garden, an all women's gym. We have had the pleasure of experiencing Butchers Garden's catering services multiple times for our events and we absolutely love it! The food provided by this amazing gem has exceeded our expectations.

We initially discovered Butcher's Garden by chance, and since then, we have ordered their catering for several of our events. Recently, we found out that Seth the former owner of Ideal Meals is now a part of their team, and it's a no-brainer that we will continue to choose Butcher's Garden for our ladies in there in-body 12 week transformation program. Seth's meal service was always outstanding, and we were filled with joy to discover that he is now a part of this team.

The meal options provided by Butcher's Garden are fantastic for our ladies who are trying to stay on track with their meals. The food is of top quality, healthy, made with love, and absolutely delicious. The attention to detail in the preparation is meticulous, and the staff at Butcher's Garden have been incredibly helpful and accommodating to our specific needs.

EDIT: Changing from 1 star to 3 stars because they did refund us and sent a gift card. Nice gesture. Disappointing experience at Garden Butcher. We ordered a simple sandwich and were told it would take 10 minutes, but after 20 minutes of waiting, we checked in—“just 2 more minutes,” they said. Five minutes later, still nothing. Asked again—“2 more minutes.” After 30 minutes, we decided to cut our losses and cancel the order.

Rather than processing the cancellation immediately, they made us wait another 5 minutes just to confirm it. Eventually, they assured us they would cancel it after we left, but then we were still charged the full amount.

When we called the next day to resolve the issue, the woman on the phone was dismissive and blamed us for leaving before the cancellation was processed—despite the fact that we had already waited 35 minutes. She put us on hold, then offered a gift card instead of a refund, which we declined. Rather than addressing the issue professionally, she made an unnecessary comment about our “energy” and said a manager would follow up. We’re still waiting.

The food might look great on Instagram, but this place is poorly run, overpriced, and doesn’t respect customers' time. For better food and service in Boca, I’d recommend Vinny’s, Grain and Berry, Vale Food Co, or Pura Vida—all of which handle a lunchtime rush far more efficiently. Won’t...

FINALLY! It’s so hard to find a place who says they use no seed oils, no unorganic, no sneaky unhealthy stuff… this place knows what’s up! When I saw the fallen “Siete avocado oil tortilla” wrapper that had fallen on the floor in the kitchen, I knew they could be trusted lol We examined the ingredients in EVERYTHING. Totally clean! No soybean mayo… no crap! I even asked them what oil they fried in, thinking that this would be where they were sneaking in the canola oil…. But NO! They use algae oil which I had to look up! It’s even better than unrefined avocado oil. Everything is grass fed and organic— the cookies were made with grass fed butter and coconut sugar. The chocolate was made by Hu. This is one of the few places I’ll eat at and rest easy that I’m not poisoning myself.

Furthermore… my crispy chicken sandwich was delish!! This place will become our new go-to spot!

Also I’m reading some of these reviews who are making a huge deal over little service issues- we had NO service issues. Very prompt and friendly. And ppl need to get their priorities straight- this place is RARE in that it’s truly healthy and not crazy expensive. A few hiccups while they’re still new warrants letting the manager know so they can improve. Not blasting them online. This is the kind of place you WANT to remain open.
