Rotelli Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Boca Raton

I had a very helpful associate - Maria in the copy and print department - at the Office Depot @ Military Trail And Atlantic Ave. in Delray Beach. I’m not very tech savvy and needed to download some pics from my cell phone and my tablet . Couldn’t figure it out from the instructions on the Office Depot website so I called the store and was lucky enough to have Maria walk me thru the process. I only downloaded and printed about 8 pics to see how they would turn out, because I had about 50 more pics I needed printed to support a small claims court case! The next morning I rcvd. an e-mail informing me the pics were ready! I picked them up And was lucky enough to meet and thank Maria! Trying unsuccessfully to download the remaining pics I needed, I returned to seek Maria’s help again! She willingly and happily agreed! In talking with a Maria I found out she has 7 children - estranged from the father of the 7 children and receives no financial support from him! Unfortunately, Maria is living in a hotel near I-95 and Yamato Rd. In Boca Raton! She has to take the bus to and from her job at Office Depot in Delray! I wanted to do something nice for Maria since she helped me out so graciously, I went to the Rotelli restaurant near the hotel where she lives and explained Maria’s situation to Raimond, the restaurant manager! I wanted to give Maria a $50 gift card and Raimond generously added another $25! I will take the gift card to a Maria tomorrow! I ordered delivery the other day. The Baked Ziti with meat sauce and added Sausage, 2 Cannoli, 1 bottled Coke. First off, the baked Ziti was good. The meat sauce was good. It was $3 to add the Sausage, but the Sausage was missing. The cheese only covered half of the top of the Ziti though. The Cannoli (2) were good. I opened the container and they looked beautifully delicious! I took a bite and it was hollow. They both had about a spoonful of the cream on each end and nothing in the middle. Extremely disappointed about that. That was $7.99 for basically an empty shell. Where I was working at the time I ordered, I could literally see the side of the restaurant. It was approximately 150 yards away. Yet it took an hour and 50 minutes to deliver. I wasn't able to leave my job to pick it up so I had no choice but to have it delivered. Will I order from here again? Probably not. Do I recommend the restaurant? Maybe to go inside and sit down to eat, but I haven't experienced that. So I can't say. Do I recommend the Cannoli?...

We live in Orlando and stopped by for takeout before checking in to our hotel. Ordered cheese pizza and lasagna which came with soup(I chose lobster bisque) and fresh hot rolls. Service was quick and staff members were warm and friendly. While waiting I noticed the manager stopping by each table and chatting up the customers while refilling their drinks. We dug into our food when we got to our hotel room and it was all delicious! My son had the pizza which he loved and I really enjoyed the lobster bisque and lasagna, you could tell everything was made from scratch. Definitely recommend this place and will dine in next time we are back in the area! 7/6 Back in area for the weekend and visited this wonderful restaurant again.
