I’m going to start off by saying I’m not sure if this girl was properly trained at this location or not but I just had the most frustrating experience at this Starbucks location. First off, the girl at the register kept walking away when I was trying to order, she then finally said “check the app if you want to see what we have available” instead of helping me with my order. When I checked the app, it said EVERYTHING in the store was sold out even though all of their refreshers and lemonade jugs were full almost to the top and when I brought it to her attention she said “oh yeah I guess we do have some” and then when I asked for a cup of ice water she refused to give it to me unless I ordered something else even though the company is supposed to give out free water. I do know certain locations have a cup charge but I’ve never been told to make a full order for just a cup of water. The whole interaction was extremely infuriating and I did not appreciate the fact the girl kept walking away from me. Terrible customer service. If I could give a 0 star...

Last week I ordered an Iced Tea, when I got to work (my bad for not checking) it was Iced Coffee. This week I ordered another Iced Tea and she rang up Iced Coffee again. I caught it and explained that my last order was wrong and got no response other than a stare. The Starbuck I used to go would have gladly given me a comp for a wrong order. When I got my tea, the person handing it to me said, 'I don't know what's wrong with your drink', as it was very muddy red and cloudy. He asked it I wanted something else, I said I really only wanted tea. So he gave me that drink, which I poured out. I also ordered a warm Croissant with butter. I check for the butter had to ask a second time. When I got to work, my croissant was very cold. So I checked the label and it said warm and butter. Two orders, both very wrong.

Read moreI LOVE Starbucks and visit this location merely for the convenience as it is located across the street from my apartment , however, every time I go to this location it is always a horrendous experience. When I go to this location I am always treated horrible by some the baristas There are only 3 baristas that make the difference in that placer, I had to call Starbucks customer services until they saw that my order was online. my order is always wrong. For instance today I placed an online order and when I arrived the gentleman and the manager were extremely rude claiming my order was not placed and questioning if I had even placed an order today. I then paid AGAIN . Today they made me feel really bad, even as if I was lying when I always pay for my order every day.This location needs to treat their customers with a little more decency.And I'm not writing this because I want something free or your excuse .just to learn to give good customer service and not treat different people as if you are superior to others or have...
