This morning I went to bought a Protein shake. I was the first person enter the store and there after a gentleman walked in. I was not greeted however the gentleman was greeted. I place my order and asks for extra PB. The young man didn't acknowledge me. I was not going start his morning off on a bad note so I ignore the unpleasant behavior. I place my order and interjected again extra PB. The gentleman place his order. So unbelievable that the worker which is a young man place the gentleman order before mines and serves home and then attend to me. I then again stated did you put the Extra PB that I requested. He then attempt to do so and a miserable looking young lady states to him it is as is. That young lady really need to get some customer service training. I ignore this behavior because I will not redirect a worker on how to give proper customer services. I am a paying costumer so I do not see why the other should be treated differently as I my self is paying. When I taste the shake omg it barely had PB taste. I try to ignore the minority's card but it's was clear as a minority I was not treated as great as the other gentleman who was of course not a minority. Such a sad thing to be treated this way. I asked for a substitute that wasnât an additional charge and after I paid and was waiting the cashier tracked me down and said I owed an additional amount since that substitute wasnât included. I didnât debate it but I canât believe they came back after me to charge me extra after their mistakeâŚwhich really wasnât because the substitute I picked should not have been an extra charge as it was not a premium add-in of any kind. They block off the power outlets so you cannot use them and no free WiFi. The a/c was either broken or was not on and the entire sit down area was not very clean and the tables and chairs were in bad shape. As I left I saw it was franchised and privately owned.    Read moreThis is my second unpleasant experience within a month, I placed my order through the phone 25 minutes prior to my arrival. As I come in I went to pay for my order and not only was my order not started, I had to wait and watch 6-7 walk-ins get their order before mine, which I technically placed 25 minutes ago. I had to go to the pick up counter and question where my order was; not to my surprise, my order was sitting behind the counter somewhere a staff of 4 was unable to see it..My order was completely wrong. I received cold oatmeal with oxidized brown bananas and strawberries, cold sweet waffle and a PB moo'd that tastes like it had no peanut butter or requested 3 scoops of soy protein. Needless to say, this precise timeline of 25-30 minutes was being documented as a result of my frustration of this reoccurrence that resulted in me being late to work.
