We received a flyer in our mailbox 2 days ago (see 2 images below with promotional flyer) and we though we would try this place out. We live in Deerfield Beach and the East Boca location is only 15 minutes away from our home, so we asked for deliever. We wanted to get the $19.95 promotion. The lady who took the order didn't seem very nice or friendly. It was our first time ordering and since we didn't have a menu, we asked a few questions. She didn't seem to want to answer them, just take the order and be done. 30 minutes after, we receive a phone call from someone at the restaurant asking where we were located because the driver couldn't find our home address. GPS works and people don't have a hard time finding my apartment complex. 15 minutes more passed by and then I called the restaurant again to see what had happened. They said they were on their way. No apology for the delay or long wait. I was expected better servoce since their flyer and website states they have "super-fast delivery." Frustrated and hungry, I asked for a manager and was told by the lady on the phone that they don't have a manager on the weekends, just during the week days. I asked for a supervisor and spoke to a Jimmy. He stated that Deerfield Beach was too far from the store and they didn't know why I even recieved a promotional flyer in the mail in the first place. He stated he needed to talk to the owner about that but no apology. He put me on hold and I guess was trying to contact the delivery guy with my food. It took a little more than 1 hour to get our delivery. I was still on the phone with Jimmy by the time the delivery guy came and he said that he was the only driver for deliveries today and that the restaurant in East Boca was 25 minutes away from Deerfield Beach. I wanted a discount for the inconvenience and tried to explain that to Jimmy on the phone and then abruptly he hung up on me. That was the end of it. It is so sad and messed up to know that this pizza restaurant sent me a flyer in the mail when apparently my apartment complex is too far and should not be delivered to and that they were slow and offered such poor customer service. I do not recommend this place to anyone in Deerfield Beach.

Accessible building, right on the corner, drove passed it several times so we thought we'd stop in and give it a chance. Right off the bat, smells wonderful. Cute little place. At first we thought you could only order and take out, then we saw the outdoor seating area. Being a beautiful 92° with no humidity in the Florida breeze, that's what we chose. I was feeling froggy so I decided to get a pasta, which I rarely ever do, I asked the cashier what she suggested as the greatest dish and she said the shrimp scampi was what most customers ordered, that she personally hadn't had it, she had had another dish I had asked about but she suggested the ones customers asked for. The meal was 20, the spaghetti I got for my son was 20 and the Alfredo I got for my SO was also 20. Then drinks, and he ordered a slice of pizza for 4. Once we were served the food, I realized then we had made a mistake. The pasta was swimming in fluid. Like a soup. There wasn't any sauce on the pasta that we could see unless it was swimming in the soup. The noodles and shrimp were not seasoned at all so it tasted like bland rubber. The only thing we enjoyed were the complimentary rolls that came with it unbeknownst to us, and the 4.00 pizza. Suggestion, go to Fazolis or Olive Garden.

Scattered across the Boca Raton area, and spreading its wings into northern Broward county is @cannolikitcheneastboca which offers your typical array of pizza joint dishes ranging from pies, to subs, Italian plates and homemade desserts. While I’ve never dined here before, it always seems to be constantly buzzing any time I would drive by. In a take out pizza mood this evening we opted for two different pies. One large half and half, which they made actually as a small, and a small arugula pictured here. Certainly disappointed at the wrong order size, it still worked out quite well as even the two small’s left enough for some leftovers. The half and half included meatball and onion for myself, my go to, and was quite tasty. The meatballs were slices of fresh and tender ball atop a nice layer of cheese and sauce that was well flavored, not too tangy not too sweet. The dough itself, while just slightly a tad thick for my preference, was quite enjoyable nonetheless. The arugula pie was loaded with Prosciutto, fresh sliced tomatoes, shaved Parmesan & sweet peppers topped with EVOO & balsamic glaze and had to weigh about 5 pounds in hand. It was a nice change of pace and all the flavors meshed quite well to provide a rather pleasant experience overall.

In the world we live in today we try to do what we can to help support our local business. We decided to order from Cannoli Kitchen, and it took 1 hr 30 mins to receive our order. It is understandable that orders will be backed up on a Friday night normally, people get paid, and etc. However, it was disappointing and upsetting how the workers handled the situation. We ordered at 6:45 with a 45 min wait time. After 45 mins we arrive and there is NO SYSTEM in place for pick up orders. In the time where it is mandated 6 FEET APART there are huddled people inside the restaurant and outside. There is no worker directing or reminding customers to stand 6 feet apart. They did not make it clear whether you will have your order delivered to your car, or if you are to wait outside. We were order 11. And by now it is 7:45 orders 21, 22, 23 have been served while we continue to wait. The worker told us 10 more mins it is now 8:00 the worker told us 15 more mins. It is now 8:20 and the worker says our order is coming and we will receive a cannoli for our wait time and a refund. We did not receive the cannoli and we told them to keep the money because at the end of the day it was not about the money. It was about how the workers spoke to us and the run around about our order and instead of responding and apologizing for waiting she only apologize to people getting their order. We were told “ Other people have been waiting too” or “please stop asking we are backed up” and there was someone else who ordered before us, and they too had not received their order. So in other words it was quite disappointing and we won’t...

UPDATE! All good things must come to an end. Unfortunately, the last two orders from Cannoli Kitchen Boca were incorrect. I ordered a regular Grandma's pie over a month ago and they brought a thick crust cheese pie. Thankfully, they gave me a credit for it, and I used it this evening. Again, they deliver a Grandma's pie but with thick crust. Traditionally, a Grandma's pie is a foldable, thin crust pie. Not once in over a decade have I had to request thin crust when ordering a Grandma's pie, it just comes traditionally thin. Tonight, they told me I have to specifically order a thin crust when ordering a Grandma's pie. This is news to me, and I'm not dealing with this nonsense any longer. So, I'm tired of making the phone calls, I'm tired of complaining, I'm tired of reordering, and now I'm just tired of Cannoli Kitchen. It was great while it lasted. Time to find a new pizza relationship.

Love, love, love this Cannoli Kitchen. The food is excellent, the service is great, I love my delivery guys, and the food is always piping hot. The girls who answer the phone and take the orders are very kind and will explain whatever you need to know. I've always had a fantastic experience with this location. It is my go-to place for dinner...
