WORST SALON EVER DO NOT COME HERE!

This is the second time I had to delete the bad review I previously wrote because of my bad experience at this salon, they said if I were take it down they would “take care of me” and didn’t help or acknowledge the horrible experience I received here. I came here the first time to do my hair Extensions and came in for a consult with the OWNER Oneide. She reviewed everything and since I came from far, she gave me a 10% discount on my hair which came out to $1700 for everything. I paid for a terrible batch of hair, which was tangling every time I brushed it and if I didn’t complain to her, she would have never changed it. On top of the fact, I am not cheap I will spend money on my hair. The problem here is that the owner ONIEDE is thirsty and thrives on scamming people to rip you off. Continuing the story, after that first appointment she told me that move up is 2-3 months maintenance. Their maintenance is horrible because within 1 month and a half I had to literally come back four times and I will show all the pictures and videos below attached with this review. But the OWNER ONIEDE is so money hungry that every time that I went she would always change pricing or ignore me do clients and leave it to the front desk so she could avoid speaking to me about actual pricing and changing the upkeep of extensions she said was 2-3 months was now changed to 3-6 weeks. And their blowdrys are the WORST I have ever gotten in my whole entire life. I was very annoyed with this whole situation because it was never fixed so then her worker Karina called me and actually reached out to me on WhatsApp to tell me Oneide the owner requested if I can remove this bad review that I left because it looks bad on the Salon and on the STAFF , but I told her this is how I feel and I wasn’t treated right as a client in there fake rip off “luxury treatment environment” And she told me that if I remove it that they will take care of me which never happened and I told her I don’t want go to the salon because I was treated badly, so then she proceeds to say that she can do my hair in her home for a cheaper price and if I could remove the review so I agreed and that never happened as well so I’m leaving a bad review ONCE again because of this whole situation. They’re unprofessional. They don’t know how to do hair. Everything sucks. Congratulations on scamming clients, Your business is not going to go far with the over pricing because your in need of extra money. Work HARDER on how you treat your clients. I had an appointment with Oneida and I expected her to work on my hair (Color & Hair extension maintenance). She told me what she can do for me, and I was happy with what she said. I asked for pricing, and thought it was expensive, but I agreed to it because I know talent cost money. But then she handed me over to Francesco who said he had a lot of experience but clearly had NONE. My brown hair was orange I literally started freaking out; Oneida came by and told him what he needed to correct it. AT this point I was very frustrated and upset. He was very rough, and I can tell he was panicking. He kept saying my hair is tough and it’s going to be impossible to get the orange out. At this point I didn’t know what to do. All I wanted to do was run out. All the other staff kept coming up to me and asking me if I was happy because even, they were very concerned with my hair color. At the end after my hair was bleached twice and toned three times, he got rid of MOST of the orange, but the hair line was left uneven. At this point I didn’t care, I just wanted to leave. My hair broke off and what’s remaining of it is very brittle and dry. I did let Oneida know and she did offer to correct it. But at this point there’s no way I am putting more products on my hair. She insisted on letting her correct it but literarily my hair is broken and stringy. I asked her for a refund, and she responded my hair was broken and already like that when I came in... which is a LIE. Oneida was very unprofessional and unkind. I paid almost $600 to ruin my hair. The fair thing to do was to at least refund me and apologize for the experience. My hair takes a long time for me to grow and it’s part of my self-esteem.
