Dunkin' — Restaurant in Boca Raton

Sadly, this store has some of the worst customer service. I placed a large order for my son's birthday at school for a specific type of donut and after picking it up and opening the boxes in front of 42 hungry children, the order was completely wrong. I called the store, whose number was busy for several hours so I ended up having to use them as there was no other option in the moment. I returned to the store and explained, to which they told me it was a miscommunication by the employee that took the order but I could not be refunded because I didn't return the merchandise. They directed me to call the owner, who could not have been more rude and argued with me about it over the phone. He told me we should "compromise" and that he might be willing to give me back half of the money, citing again that I didn't return the merchandise. I did not accept. So bottom line, I will never return to that location and I'm also wondering, if I HAD returned the "merchandise" would they then have reused it and sold it to other customers??...

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. I have never been to a more disorganized, dirty, clueless, unfriendly, incompetent Dunkin in my life! They fully give the word franchise a bad name. The guy took 5 minutes to ring up a Chai Tea latte, a bagel and a donut... I asked if they had Chai Tea lattes since it wasn't on the "menu" and the older male at the counter who seemed flustered the whole time was shocked I even asked and said yes and asked if I wanted "normal" milk. I asked for honey in it and he literally went to go look for the honey....then was asking where one of his employees was to another employee and then finally found the honey and gave me 2 packets...didn't put it in.

Then the clincher.... I got in my car drove about 10 blocks so my drink would cool...just to taste it to find they did the nastiest thing EVER and made me a coffer latte with the Chai tea syrup in it! Beyond gross!!

AVOID THIS EXTREMELY DISORGANIZED AND INCOMPETENT ESTABLISHMENT...

I go to this DD frequently. I try all of the free food offered on their app. This week I ordered the carrot cake muffin - it was outstanding. It was very large, moist and filled with actual carrots.

The employees are fantastic. Naomi has been here since I moved here almost 3 years ago. I think she has been an employee for over 16 years. She remembers everyone's orders, is so friendly, and such a loyal hard worker. I hope the owner appreciates the gold he has. The other ladies are awesome too. GREAT DD !

Great iced lattes and wonderful staff. This DD is across the street from Trader Joe's & Anthony's Coal Fire Pizza. There is no drive thru, but they have indoor and outdoor seating. The team members are friendly and efficient. They consistently make fabulous...
