I rarely (if ever) write bad reviews, but the experience at this location was so abhorrent, it must be documented. I made the mistake of stopping to grab a quick snack, I walked in, one of the customers was arguing with an employee behind the counter, so already there was tension. The employee seemed to be in a bad mood. I had hoped to alleviate any stress with my order by placing it ahead of time from their app. I walked in and saw two of my three items were ready. The same disgruntled employee then started getting loud with me, telling me they didn’t have one of the three items I ordered. No big deal to me, but let’s fix it. She proceeds to try to pass off some subpar cookie, no thanks. Then I asked about donuts, and how many could I get. She said one, I said no, I should get two or I’ll just do a refund. She started gettting loud again, demanding to know what kind I wanted. At first they wanted to supplement one donut for the item they were out of which, was more than the equivalent of two donuts- so I was just trying to be fair. Once I explained that, after she got exasperated with me, we agreed on two donuts. She packaged and then I took a moment to thank her (genuinely) but she was having none of that. Moved on to next person (fine, she was busy). I know this location gets a lot of difficult personalities, but it would behoove the staff to save their judgement and treat people as they’d want to be treated. I asked one employee if she can get it for me who simply walked away for 10-15 minutes until I asked again where she said to ask somone else. I then asked that somone else who then said they didn’t have it or didn’t receive my order although I had gotten all of it besides one thing. I showed her my order on the app and the receipt physically printed with my food which stated that I was missing an i team but she still stated that she didn’t have it. After continuing to go back and forth the original employee who told me to ask the other lady came with my food.
