I had previously left a 5 star review for this place a year or two ago. So, it pains me to have to do a a complete 180 on my review. My last 2 orders where messed up and the last order I ordered 2 large clubs one with double meat. Not only did I NOT get double meat which I paid an extra $5 bucks for but both subs had ZERO bacon, which is a key component to a club. I will say I typically order for dinner not lunch so they may get backed up at lunch but I wouldnt know. They always have my subs ready on the shelf for pick up on time unlike Publix. Firehouse has better tasting subs too. Most of the subs are steamed/hot so they take a little longer, do yourself a favor order online before you go and skip the line. Thank you Firehouse...
