Flybridge — Restaurant in Boca Raton

We have been members of the Boca Raton hotel for years and we found our dinner last night disappointing to say the least. The good points were that all of the food was delicious except for my lionfish entree, it was rather awful to be honest. The service was pleasant but not attentive. The time in between courses was way too long. We understand that it’s a lengthy tasting menu, but the service went way, way beyond slow, which is unacceptable given that the restaurant was maybe 30 per cent full. It felt empty with a lot of waiters and chefs moving around, but just slow, and slower, hence, making the ambience dull.

The wine was delicious, as were the cocktails.
