Their lunch specials are anything but special. They may lower the price but they also remove half the food. I provided a photo of what their Chicken Francese lunch special looks like that I got a less then an hour ago. When you get a lunch special it should be a discounted price, not discounted portion. One (1) piece of chicken and half portion of pasta, give me a break! Also, when asking for extra sauce they had the audacity to charge me $2.00 extra for a couple of tiny spoon full's of sauce without telling me of the ridiculous extra fee (I demanded a refund). When getting the refund, they "accidentally" charged me again and I made sure they refunded me now twice for the extra sauce. The food may taste okay but the customer service and the bad portions and not good prices are absolutely not worth going back to. Other options I prefer around the corner are Papa Giuseppe, Sal's Italian Ristorante or Prezzo. I strongly advise to go elsewhere after...

This month they chose Italian. And we decided to try somewhere different. It is always hard to try somewhere new that nobody has been to but we all agreed to try Renzo's on a whim. We were 15 residents and one staff member, none of whom had eaten at Renzo's before. The consensus was unanimous... it was absolutely fantastic, the prices are reasonable, the service was exceptional - even coming 5 minutes earlier than we had ordered our food to be delivered. One of my residents is Italian from the top of his head to the bottom of his toes and he said it was the most authentic Italian meal he has had in the last 2 years. I called Robertos and spoke to "Rut" when i got home and there were problems with there phones as I could barely hear "Rut" who insisted that it must have been my phone. I told her what happened and she said that she would credit me half on teh next order but if she was not around she was not sure but that she would write a note. I told her that I had a picture of the pie but she did not seem interested. My other problem was that the standard pie is thin and I mean thin. I will not be ordering again.
